«Հատիսի բարիքներ» ընկերության հյութեղ և յուրահատուկ համով լոլիկներն աճում են 3600քմ տարածք զբաղեցնող վերջին սերնդի գեոթերմալ հիդրոպոնիկ ջերմատանը։ Վերջինս խնայում է բոլոր ռեսուրսները՝ ջուրը, ջեռուցումը, հովացումն ու էլեկտրաէներգիան։ 

Ջերմատան հիմնադիրները ընկերներ Դավիթն ու Վահանն են, ովքեր նախկինում աշխատել են բանկային ոլորտում։ Սկզբում միասին ստեղծեցին պլաստիկ շշերի, հետո՝ տարածաշրջանում անվադողերի վերամշակման եզակի գործարան, որի արդյունքում ստացվում է վառելիք, որով էլ ջեռուցում են ջերմատունը։ 

Ընկերներն աշխատանքը բաշխել են. Դավիթը զբաղվում է տեխնիկական հարցերով, Վահանը՝ ադմինիստրատիվ։ Գործում ամեն բան սովորում են սեփական փորձով։ Տեղանքը ընտրելիս հաշվի են առել, որ ջերմատունը լինի Հայաստանի արևոտ կողմերից մեկում։
