Aysor.am-ը գրում է.

«Էս գործարանը արարատցիների սիրտն ու հոգին է թող հանգիստ թողնեն գործարանը և թույլ տան, որ ղեկավարությունը, բանվորությունը հանգիստ աշխատի, և արարատցիները նորմալ ապրեն», - լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց «Արարատցեմենտ» գործարանի աշխատակից Էմմա Եսայանը՝ ի պատասխան մամուլում շրջանառվող այն լուրերի, որոնց համաձայն գործարանի թոշակառու աշխատակիցների շրջանում սպասվում են կրճատումներ։

Նշենք նաև, որ բացի կրճատումները, մամուլում շրջանառվում էին վարկածներ, ըստ որոնց գործարանում տիրում է լարված մթնոլորտ՝ հիմնականում աշխատակիցների և ղեկավարության միջև, աշխատավարձերի բարձրացման հետ կապված խոստումները չեն իրականանում և աշխատակիցները  դժգոհում են ղեկավարից։

«Արարատցեմենտ» գործարանի աշխատակիցները, հերքելով վերոնշյալը, Aysor.am-ին ասացին, որ իրենց աշխատավայրում տիրում է միմիայն դրական ու ջերմ մթնոլորտ, չկա ոչ մի լարվածություն, տեղի է ունեցել աշխատավարձերի բարձրացում, իսկ շրջանառվող լուրերը իրականության հետ բացարձակապես կապ չունեն։

«Ամբողջ կոմբինատը մեկ ընտանիք է, մենք ապրում ենք մեկս մյուսի հոգսով, իսկ տարածվող լուրերը խառնակչություններ են, որոնք նույնիսկ հակասում են իրար. մեկ ասում են ծերակույտ է, մեկ էլ, որ հանում են ծերերին»,- ասաց գործարանի լաբորատորիայի վարիչ Զոյա Բալայանը։

Մեկ այլ թոշակառու էլ նշեց, որ չի լսել, որ որևէ մեկը բողոքի, բոլորն էլ աշխատում են և իրենց լավ զգում գործարանում. «ոչ ոքի էստեղ չեն սպառնում աշխատանքից հանել, առավել ևս թոշակառուներին։ Մենք 80 տարեկանից բարձր աշխատակիցներ ունենք, ովքեր լավ մասնագետներ են »:

Aysor.am-ը շրջայց կատարեց «Արարատցեմենտ»-ի ողջ տարածքով, ծանոթացավ գործարանի աշխատանքային պայմաններին, և մյուս աշխատակիցների հետ զրույցում ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատվեց այն միտքը, որ գործարանը ընտանիք է և շարունակում է աշխատել իր բնականոն ռեժիմով։

«Սա մեր առաջին ընտանիքն է, այս 32 տարվա մեջ չեմ տեսել, որ մեկը մյուսին վիրավորի։ Էդ լուրեր տարածողը թող գա ու իմ դիմաց ասի», - վրդովված ասաց աշխատակիցներից մեկը։

Մյուսներն էլ պնդեցին, որ այդպիսի ստահոդ լուրերը պարապ մարդկանց բամբասանքի արդյունք են.

«Տարածվող լուրերը նախանձից են, երբ տեսնում են, որ մարդ հաջողության է հասնում։ Այսքան ժամանակ չի եղել, որ մենք դիմենք մեր ղեկավարին ու մի բան այնպես չգնա»։

Աշխատակիցների խնդրանքով ղեկավարության կողմից կազմակերպված ժողովի ժամանակ,  գործարանի տեխնիկական տնօրեն Միխայիլ Ռիպկինը, դիմելով լրագրողներին, խնդրեց և հորդորեց չտարածել ստահոդ լուրեր և հարգել իրենց աշխատանքը.

«Խնդրում ենք մի անձի կարծիքը հաշվի առնելով անընդհատ չշեշտել Ծառուկյանի անունը։ Այդ մարդուն հանգիստ թողեք, քանի որ մենք աշխատում ենք մեր կոլեկտիվով, մեր հարցերը լուծում ենք մենք, իսկ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ամեն հարցում ընդառաջում է մեզ»։
