Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի նոր նախաձեռնությունները

Արցախի լիակատար պաշարման պայմաններում «Մենք ենք մեր սարերը» տարածքային զարգացման գործակալությունը չափազանց կարևոր նախաձեռնություններ է սկսել Արցախի բնակչության առաջնահերթ կենսական կարիքների լուծմանն ուղղված հրատապ ծրագրեր իրականացնելով:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքով հումանիտար բեռնափոխադրումների լիակատար արգելափակումը ծանր իրավիճակ է ստեղծել Արցախում: Հաշվի առնելով ստեղծված իրավիճակը՝ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի նախաձեռնած գործակալությունը, համագործակցելով «Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատի» հետ, մի շարք ծրագրեր է նախաձեռնել: «Ընտրվել են այնպիսի ծրագրեր, որոնք հնարավոր է իրականացնել հենց Արցախում՝ տեղական ռեսուրսներով, քանի որ այս պահին դեպի Արցախ որևէ բեռնափոխադրում չի իրականացվում: Մեր բոլոր այն ծրագրերը, որոնք կապված էին փոխադրումների հետ, այս պահին սառեցված են: Ստեղծված իրավիճակում խնդիրները բազմաթիվ են ու, բնականաբար, գործակալությունը չի կարող ձեռքերը ծալած նստել: Ընդհակառակը՝ մենք որոշել ենք բազմապատկել մեր ջանքերը, և ցույց տալ, որ անգամ այսպիսի իրավիճակներում մեր ուժերով շատ բանի կարող ենք հասնել»,- ասում է գործակալության համահիմնադիր և «Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատի» համակարգող Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը:
Մասնավորապես նրա խոսքով՝ ծրագրերից մի քանիսն արդեն մեկնարկել են, մյուսները գտնվում են նախապատրաստական փուլում։ Կարևոր ծրագրերից են էլեկտրոմոբիլով հղիների և հիվանդների հիվանդանոց տեղափոխման ծրագիրը, սոցիալապես անապահով խմբերին թիթեղյա վառարանների տրամադրումը, Հակոբավանք վանական համալիրի «Վերածնունդ» ծրագիրը, Մարտակերտի շրջանի Քորատակ գյուղի սոցիալական և կրթական ենթակառուցվածքների վերանորոգումը, ամառային ճամբարների կազմակերպման ծրագիրը, սոցիալական ճաշարանի ծրագիրը, որը գտնվում է նախապատրաստական փուլում և մեկնարկելու է առաջիկա օրերին։
Լիակատար պաշարման այս օրերին, երբ հատկապես բնակչության խոցելի խմբերը հայտնվել են սնունդ հայթայթելու մեծագույն դժվարության առջև, այս ծրագիրը հրատապ կարևորություն ունի։ Գործակալությունը նաև ձիակառքերով փոխադրումների իրականացում է իրականացնելու, բենզինի և դիզվառելիքի բացակայության հետևանքով կտրվել է գյուղից քաղաք, քաղաքից գյուղ կապը և կենսական է ձիակառքերի միջոցով բեռնափոխադրումների իրականացումը։ «Այս ծրագիրը դեռ նախապատրաստական փուլում է և կմեկնարկի առաջիկայում»,- նշել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը։
