Հայ-ադրբեջանական բանակցությունների շրջանակում պետք է լուծումներ գտնվեն մի շարք բարդ թեմաների շուրջ, ճեպազրույցում ասել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ տեղեկատվության և մամուլի բաժնի փոխտնօրեն Ալեքսեյ Զայցևը՝ մեկնաբանելով ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ԱՊՀ երկրների չորրորդ վարչության տնօրեն Դենիս Գոնչարի՝ օրերս արած հայտարարությունը։

Ավելի վաղ Գոնչարն ասել էր, որ Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը տարածաշրջանում լարվածությունը թուլացնելու Ռուսաստանի առաջարկները ընդունել են «տանն ուսումնասիրելու համար»։ Միաժամանակ, նրա խոսքով, Մոսկվան չի ձգտում հանդիպումներ անցկացնել հանուն հենց հանդիպումների, «ինչը հաճախ անում են արևմտյան գործընկերները»։

«Ինչ-որ մեկին կարող է շահեկան լինել գործընթացի արագացումը, ինչ-որ բանի որքան հնարավոր է շուտ հասնելը: Բայց հարցն այն է, թե ինչպես է դա հետո իրականացվելու: Հենց սա է, ինչպես հասկանում եմ, նա (Գոնչարը) իր ելույթում ընդգծել է», - նշել է Զայցևը։

Նա հավելել է, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական հաշտության պայմանագրի նախապատրաստումը, ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էր ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն, Պուտինի, Ալիևի և Փաշինյանի միջև եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունների բաղադրիչներից է։

«Ռուսական կողմը եռանդով աջակցում է Բաքվին և Երևանին այս փաստաթղթի պատրաստման գործում՝ օգտագործելով բոլոր մակարդակներում քաղաքական և դիվանագիտական միջոցները: Ամեն տարի անցկացվում են եռակողմ գագաթնաժողովներ, ԱԳ նախարարները պարբերաբար հանդիպում են, և նման հանդիպում եղել է վերջերս»,- ասել է Զայցևը։

Նրա խոսքով, Բաքվից և Երևանից ստացվող ազդակները՝ շուտափույթ խաղաղության հասնելու իրենց հանձնառության մասին ամենևին չեն նշանակում, որ կողմերը պատրաստ են համաձայնել ցանկացած պայմանի։
