Հայաստանի հանքագործների և մետալուրգների միության հիմնադիր - նախագահ Մաքսիմ Հակոբյանն այսօր կդառնար 74 տարեկան

Երբ 20 տարի առաջ հիմնադրվում էր «Սյունյաց երկիր» թերթը, Մաքսիմ Հակոբյանը ողջունեց լրատվամիջոցի ծնունդը՝ ուղարկելով այսպիսի խոսք, որ տեղ գտավ լրագրի 1-ին համարում (1 հոկտեմբերի 2003 թ.):
Ահա՝ «Հաճույքով եմ նկատում մարզում նոր թերթի, անկախ լրագրի ծննդյան իրողությունը։ Ընդհանրապես ստեղծելը, կառուցելը մարդու ամենավեհ հատկանիշն է։ Շատ ավելի գնահատելի է, երբ մարդիկ կերտում են մտքի ու լույսի տաճար, հոգևոր օջախ։ Իհարկե, ժամանակը ցույց կտա, թե թերթի ստեղծագործական կազմին ինչքանով հաջողվեց կատարել սքանչելի այդ առաքելությունը։ Սակայն, հավատացեք, դա միայն թերթի խմբագրակազմի խնդիրը չպիտի համարել։ Առանց ընթերցողի պահանջկոտ ու հավատավոր կեցվածքի, առանց հասարակության ջերմության ու հոգատարության չի կարող թերթը դառնալ յուրաքանչյուր սյունեցու ճշմարտախոս քիմքն ու ցանկալի զրուցակիցը, չի կարող լինել հոգևոր Սյունիքի էական մասը, չի կարող լինել մարզի հասարակական-քաղաքական, հոգևոր-մշակութային կյանքի հայելին։ Ուրեմն՝ նպաստենք «Սյունյաց երկրի» լուսավոր ու բարի ընթացքին:
Ես չեմ պատկերացնում մարզային թերթը՝ մարդկանց իրավունքներին ու հոգսերին անհաղորդ։ Ես չեմ պատկերացնում թերթը իրականության զգացումը երբևէ կորցրած, անկեղծությունից օտարացած, պատասխանատվությունը՝ կորցրած։
Մի ճշմարտություն կա՝ մեր պատմության ընթացքում ավելի շատ գրի հաղթանակ ենք ունեցել, լույսի հաղթանակ։ Զենքի հաղթանակներն անգամ դրանով էին պայմանավորված։ Այսօր էլ պիտի ընտրել այնպիսի ճանապարհ, որ խոսքը, լուսավորությունը, հրապարակայնությունն ու բազմակարծությունը նպաստեն մեր պետության բարգավաճմանը, Սյունիքի ամրացմանը, երկրի տնտեսական ներուժի ռացիոնալ օգտագործմանը, արարումի ոգու պահպանմանը։
Անկեղծ շնորհավորանքս ու լավագույն մաղթանքներս եմ ուղղում թերթի խմբագրակազմին ու ընթերցողին»։
Այդպես էլ մինչև վերջ վերաբերվում էր «Սյունյաց երկրին»: Նաև դրա համար է, որ նրա երկրաշեն կերպարը հավերժորեն բնակվել է մեր պարբերականի արևոտ անդաստանում:
Հաճելի է նկատել, որ Մաքսիմ Հակոբյանի կերպարը (նաև մահվանից հետո) դրվատանքով են հիշում ամբողջ մարզում և, իհարկե, «Զանգեզուրի ՊՄԿ» ՓԲ ընկերությունում: Դրա վկայությունն էր իրողությունը, որ ընկերության 70-ամյակի նշանավորմանը միտված միջոցառումների ընթացքում քանիցս ու ամենաբարի առիթներով հիշատակվեց նրա անունը, իսկ 2023 թ. հուլիսի 14-ին ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռոման Խուդոլին՝ մեկ օրինակով հատուկ թողարկված անվանական մեդալ շնորհեց (հետմահու) Մաքսիմ Հակոբյանին՝ ԶՊՄԿ-ի և հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտի զարգացման գործում ունեցած անգերազանցելի ավանդի համար։
