Մտահոգիչ լուր լիակատար շրջափակման մեջ գտնվող Արցախից

Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող միակ ճանապարհը (Լաչինի միջանցքը) Ադրբեջանի կողմից 8 ամիս շարունակ արգելափակված լինելու պայմաններում՝ դեղորայքի ու սննդի խիստ սղությամբ եւ շարունակական սթրեսով պայմանավորված՝ պաշարված Արցախում նախորդ տարվա համեմատ աճել են մի շարք հիվանդությունների ու բարդությունների, մահվան ցուցանիշները։ Այս մասին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել Արցախի Առողջապահության նախարարությունը։
Այսպես՝
Յոթ ամսվա (հունվար-հուլիս) ընթացքում ընդհանուր մահացությունների շարքում․ արյան շրջանառության համակարգի հիվանդություններից արձանագրվել է մահացության աճ՝ ավելի քան 2 անգամ, ներառյալ՝ սուր եւ քրոնիկ սրտային անբավարարությունից մահերի աճ՝ 66%-ով, սրտամկանի սուր ինֆակտից՝ 20,8%-ով, ուղեղի կաթվածից՝ 8,8%-ով։
Հուլիս ամսվա ընթացքում արյան շրջանառության համակարգի հիվանդություններից մահվան դեպքերն էլ ավելի են աճել՝ հասնելով նախնականորեն 2.6 անգամի՝ նախորդ տարվա հուլիս ամսվա համեմատ, ներառյալ՝ սուր սրտային անբավարարությունից մահեր՝ աճ 2.5 անգամ, սրտամկանի սուր ինֆակտից՝ 4 անգամ, Ուղեղի կաթվածից՝ 3 անգամ:
Յոթ ամսում չարորակ նորագոյացություններից մահերի քանակը աճել է 15,9%-ով։ Մահացության դեպքերի ավելացման պատճառներից են անհրաժեշտ դեղորայքի սղությունը կամ բացակայությունը, կյանքի որակի փոփոխությունը, պատշաճ բուժօգնության հնարավորությունների խիստ սահմանափակությունը, որոնք կրճատում են ապրելիության աստիճանը։
Նույն ժամանակահատվածում բնակչության շրջանում արձանագրվել է գլխուղեղի արյան շրջանառության սուր խանգարման ( ուղեղի կաթված) եւ սրտամկանի սուր ինֆակտի նոր դեպքերի աճ՝ համապատասխանաբար 26%-ով եւ 9,7%-ով։
