Միջազգային հանրությանն ու դերակատարներին ուղղված նամակներին արձագանքներ եղել են, կան ու կլինեն, բայց արդյունք չկա։ Այս մասին Արցախի հեռուստատեսության հետ զրույցում նշեց Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը։

«Առաջին նամակը ես ուղղել եմ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահին դեռ հուլիսի սկզբներին և իրականում ներկայացրել եմ, որ վիճակն արդեն աղետալի է։ Դրա մասին լրացուցիչ Հայաստանի վարչապետը հուլիսի 5-ի հեռախոսազրույզում անդրադարձել է։ Դրանից հետո տեղի են ունեցել Ալիև-Փաշինյան-Շառլ Միշել, ՌԴ Արտաքին գործերի նախարարության կողմից կազմակերպված եռակողմ՝ Բայրամով-Միրզոան-Լավրով հանդիպումները։Կարծես՝ ամեն տեղ քննարկվել է , բարձրացվել է խնդիրը, կարծես ֆիքսել են ամեն տեղ, որ վիճակն օր օրի ավելի է վատթարանում, բայց արդյունքները, նորից եմ կրկնում, զրոյական են»,-հավելեց Արցախի նախագահը:

Անդրադառնալով Բաքու-Ստեփանակերտ հնարավոր երկխոսությանը, Արայիկ Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ երկխոսությունը ստիպողաբար չի լինում:

«Կարծես լուռ համաձայնություն կա, որ մեզ թողնեն Ադրբեջանի հետ մեն-մենակ և Ադրբեջանն օգտագործի ճնշման մեթոդը, բայց սա արդեն ճնշման մեթոդ չէ, մենք գտնվում ենք այն կարգավիճակում, որ ցեղասպանության եզրին ենք: Դրա համար սա երկխոսություն անվանել չի կարելի, մեզ ընդամենը դրդում են ընդունել Ադրբեջանի պայմանները, պահանջները, որը, միանշանակ, մեզ համար անընդունելի է, քանի որ ցանկացած երկխոսություն պետք է առաջին հերթին իրավահավասարության, արժանապատվության և իրավունքների շրջանակներում լինի: Այդ երեք սկզբունքները խախտված են, դրա համար մենք շարունակելու ենք մեր պայքարը, շարունակելու ենք պնդել միջազգային հանրությանը՝ հարգելու մեր իրավունքները: Այդ առումով դեռ կա գործիքակազմ: Ի դեպ, ես առաջիկա օրերին հատուկ կոչով, ուղերձով դիմելու եմ միջազգային դերակատարներին և կոնկրետ առաջարկությամբ կամ պահանջներով, որովհետեւ եթե դրդում են Ադրբեջանի հետ երկխոսության, պետք է ստեղծեն այդ պայմանները, որից հետո նոր մեզ հորդորեն կամ պահանջեն հանդիպել»,- նշեց նա։

Պատասխանելով Բաքու-Ստեփանակերտ երկխոսության տարբեր, այդ թվում՝ ռուս խաղաղապահների միջնորդությամբ, հարթակների վերաբերյալ հարցին, Արայիկ Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ ժամանակին ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ կար երկխոսությունը, երբ հարգվում էր իրենց արժանապատվությունը, ինչ-որ տեղ հասկանում էին, որ ունեն իրավունքներ։

«Նախկին այդ հանդիպումները, իհարկե, միայն սոցիալական և ենթակառուցվածքային բնույթ էին կրում և կար երկխոսություն, արդյունք էլ կար,բայց սկսած դեկտեմբերի 12-ից Ադրբեջանը փոխել է իր վարքագիծը. ուղղակի երկխոսությունը և հատգանքի մթնոլորտում զրույցները տեղափոխել է ճնշման, այսօր արդեն նաև ցեղասպանության եզրին կանգնած իրավիճակ: Դրա համար նախկինը չի կարելի համեմատել այսօրվա հետ։ Մենք այն ժամանակ ունեինք ազատ տեղաշարժ Հայաստանի և հնարավորություն ուղղակի շփվելու միջազգային հանրության հետ՝ ոչ թե հեռախոսով, այլ ունենալով այցելություններ, կազմակերպելով հանդիպումներ: Ուստի մենք պետք է վերականգնենք հենց այդ ձևաչափը, որից հետո կարող է լինեն իրական երկխոսություն կամ բանակցություններ»,-նշեց ԱՀ նախագահը։
