Իրավիճակն Արցախում վաղուց արդեն անցել է հումանիտար աղետ հասկացողության սահմանն և այսօր Ադրբեջանի ցեղասպան քաղաքականության ականատեսն ենք։

«Արցախպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին Արցախի հանրային հեռուստատեսությանը տված հարցազրույցում ասաց ԱՀ նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը։

«Եթե ձևակերպելու լինենք՝ Արցախը մի մեծ համակենտրոնացման ճամբար է, որտեղ Ադրբեջանն իրականացնում է ցեղասպանություն։ Պատահական չէ, որ օրեր առաջ ես դիմել եմ Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի նախկին գլխավոր դատախազ Լուիս Մորենո Օքամփոյին՝ փորձագիտական կարծիք հայցելով։ Հիմա արդեն ունենք նախնական եզրակացություն, որ սա ցեղասպանություն է»,- նշել է երկրի ղեկավարը։ 

Անդրադառնալով ներկայում առկա ծանր իրավիճակին, Նախագահը նախ ընդգծել է առողջապահության համակարգում դեղորայքի լուրջ պակասը` մանրամասնելով, որ դեղատներում արդեն կյանքը փրկող դեղատեսակների սղություն կա և շուտով ընդհանրապես չեն լինի։

«Տարբեր քրոնիկ հիվանդությունների բարդացման ու մահվան դեպքերի աճը շարունակվում է։ Օրինակ՝ արյան շրջանառության համակարգի հիվանդություններից մահվան դեպքերը առաջին կիսամյակում աճել են մոտ երկու անգամ։ Խոցելի են հատկապես հղիները, երեխաները, քրոնիկ հիվանդություններ ունեցող անձինք,որոնց առողջական վիճակը վատթարանում է թերսնուցման, սթրեսների և այլ պատճառներով»,- ներկայացրել է Հանրապետության ղեկավարը։

Խոսելով սննդի և մնացած այլ ապրանքների խնդրից, Ա. Հարությունյանը հիշեցրել է, որ օրեր առաջ Արցախի Հանրապետությունը հայտարարել է աղետի գոտի՝ ակնկալելով, որ միջազգային հանրությունը հումանիտար աջակցություն կցուցաբերի, ինչպես աղետի պայմաններում իրականացնում է բոլորի համար։ Հայաստանը առաջինն է արձագանքել այդ հայտարարությանը և հումանիտար բեռով մեքենաների շարասյունը օրեր շարունակ կանգնած է Հակարի կամրջի մոտակայքում, իսկ Ադրբեջանն արգելում է այդ ապրանքների, առաջին անհրաժեշտության սննդամթերքի ներկրումը Արցախի Հանրապետություն։

Նախագահ Հարությունյանի խոսքով` տասնյակ հազար մարդկանց, որոնք զրկվել են եկամտի աղբյուրից, պետք է փոխհատուցում տրամադրվի։ Բացի այդ, շրջափակման հետեւանքով քայքայված տնտեսությունը հետագայում վերականգնելու համար տասնամյակներ են պահանջվելու։ «Այսինքն՝ մենք, իրոք, ականատեսն ենք ցեղասպանության և այդ առումով քայլեր պլանավորում ենք»,- ընդհանրացրել է Նախագահը։
