«ԵԽԽՎ հակահայկական 2 զեկույցները կանխել չհաջողվեց, բայց, մեր տեղեկություններով, ՀՀ իշխանությունները չեն հանձնվում և մոբիլիզացրել են ողջ ուժերը՝ ԵԽԽՎ ձմեռային նստաշրջանում զեկույցների ընդունումը կանխելու նպատակով։ Մեկը բրիտանացի խորհրդարանական Ռոբերտ Ուոլթերի «Բռնության աճը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում և Ադրբեջանի մյուս օկուպացված շրջաններում» զեկույցն է, մյուսը՝ Բոսնիա և Հերցեգովինայի ներկայացուցիչ Միլիցա Մարկովիչի «Ադրբեջանի սահմանամերձ շրջանների բնակիչները միտումնավոր կերպով զրկվում  են ջրից»՝ Սարսանգի ջրամբարին վերաբերող զեկույցը։ Հունվարի 26-ին ԵԽԽՎ-ում նախատեսվում են լսումներ զեկույցների շուրջ։

Դրանց ընդունումը կանխելու համար ՀՀ իշխանություններն օգտագործում են ոչ միայն դիվանագիտական խողովակները, այլև հունվարի 8-ից այս նպատակով եվրոպական տարբեր մայրաքաղաքներ են մեկնել մի խումբ օրենսդիրներ՝ իրենց օտարերկրյա գործընկերներին համոզելու, որ դեմ քվեարկեն զեկույցներին։ Մերձբալթյան հանրապետություններում է գտնվում Աժ փոխխոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը, որն այնտեղից մեկնելու է Չեխիա, ապա հարազատ Հունաստան։ Նույն առաքելությամբ եվրոպական մայրաքաղաքներում են նաև Աժ արտաքին հարցերի հանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Արտակ Զաքարյանն ու Հայաստան-ԵՄ համագործակցության հանձնաժողովի համանախագահ Սամվել Ֆարմանյանը, որը նաև ԵԽԽՎ-ում Հայաստանի պատվիրակության անդամ է։ Իսկ Հայ դատի եվրոպական գրասենյակը ստորագրահավաք է նախաձեռնել ընդդեմ ԵԽԽՎ հակահայկական զեկույցների»,–գրում է թերթը։
