Բժշկական հետազոտություններ անցնելու նպատակով զորակոչիկներին տրամադրվել են ուղեգրեր․ ՄԻՊ-ը ամփոփել է 2023 թվականի ամառային զորակոչով ստացած բողոքները

Մարդու իրավուքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի մասնագիտացված ստորաբաժանումը՝ Զինծառայողների և նրանց ընտանիքների անդամների իրավունքների պաշտպանության բաժինը, շուրջօրյա ռեժիմով հետևել է 2023 թվականի ամառային զորակոչի ընթացքում քաղաքացիների իրավունքների վիճակին:
Նշված ժամանակահատվածում զորակոչիկների և նրանց ծնողների կողմից Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմ ստացվել է 64 գրավոր և բանավոր բողոք: Դրանք հիմնականում վերաբերել են բժշկական հետազոտություններին և առողջական վիճակի վերաբերյալ փորձաքննություններին, ընտանեկան պայմանների հիմքով և նշանակալի նվաճումների համար տարկետում տրամադրելուն, ինչպես նաև այլ հարցերին:
Գրավոր ընթացակարգով քննարկվել է 25 բողոք, 7-ի դեպքում իրականացվել է արագ արձագանքում, ևս 32 քաղաքացու հարցի լուծմանը Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմը նպաստել է խորհրդատվության միջոցով։
Զորակոչի փուլում աշխատանքային կարգով ամենօրյա կապ է պահպանվել ՊՆ մարդու իրավունքների և բարեվարքության կենտրոնի, Զորակոչային և զորահավաքային համալրման ծառայության մի շարք ստորաբաժանումների (զինկոմիսարիատների), բժշկական և ռազմաբժշկական հանձնաժողովների հետ: Քաղաքացիների բարձրացրած հարցերի առնչությամբ պարզաբանումների պահանջով ու առաջարկություններով գրություններ են հասցեագրվել ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարություն, արագ արձագանքումներով քննարկումներ են անցկացվել զինկոմիսարիատների, Կենտրոնական բժշկական հանձնաժողովի, ՊՆ իրավասու ստորաբաժանումների հետ:
Արդյունքում, բժշկական հետազոտություններ անցնելու նպատակով զորակոչիկներին տրամադրվել են ուղեգրեր, նշանակվել կրկնակի փորձաքննություններ:
Պաշտպանն այցելել է ՊՆ կենտրոնական հավաքակայան, տեղում հետևել զորակոչի գործընթացին. արձանագրված խնդիրները հասցեագրվել են իրավասու գերատեսչություններ: Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի միջամտությամբ և Պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ համագործակցությամբ մի շարք զորակոչիկներ կրկին ներկայացվել են Կենտրոնական բժշկական հանձնաժողովի փորձաքննությանը, քաղաքացիներին տրամադրվել են տարկետումներ, առողջական վիճակի պատճառով ազատվել են պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից կամ ճանաչվել են սահմանափակումով պիտանի զինվորական ծառայության համար և այլն:
2023 թվականի ամառային զորակոչի վերաբերյալ աշխատակազմում շարունակվում են ստացվել բողոքներ: Պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանը բարձր է գնահատում զորակոչի ընթացքում Պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ համատեղ աշխատանքը, որի արդյունքում լուծվել են մի շարք խնդիրներ կամ դրա համար հիմքեր են ստեղծվել։
