Արցախի հարցում այլևս որևէ ստանդարտ լուծում չի կարող լինել` հումանիտարից մինչև անվտանգություն:
Յուրաքանչյուր օր, երբ Արցախում իրադարձություններն առավել ծայրահեղ բնույթ են ստանում, նվազում է սովորական գործիքակազմով հարցի հանգուցալուծմանը գնացող լուծումները:
Հացի ու բառիս բուն իմաստով ֆիզիկական գոյության կռիվը ենթադրում է իրադրությունից դուրս գալու ծայրահեղ միջոցներ:
Ստեղծված բարդ իրադրության պայմաններում որևէ արտաքին գործոն չի աշխատի, եթե նույնիսկ դրա հնարավորությունը բացվի, եթե ներսում` Արցախում դիմակայելու կամք ու անսահման ձգտում չլինի:
Մինչ այս պահն արցախցին մեծ տառապանքների գնով ցույց է տվել, որ իրենից կախվածն անում է ու կանի միայն թե դրանով կարողանա իր հողին ու ջրին տեր կանգնի:
Ցավոք մինչ այս պահը ոչ միայն արտաքին աշխարհից, այլ նաև Հայաստան պետությունից (չխառնել ամենօրյա պայքարի մեջ գտնվողների հետ) որևէ լուրջ ազդակ չկա:
ՀՀ իշխանությունը շունչը պահած սպասում է, թե երբ արցախցին կդադարեցնի պայքարը, իսկ ինքը վերջապես կհայտարարի, թե գիտեք` չստացվեց, փորձեցինք, բայց չեղավ` պատճառներ բերելով, պայմանական, Բաթումի պայմանագրից մինչև սովետական միության փլուզում:
