Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն անդրադարձել է Իլհամ Ալիևի՝ Euronews-ին տված հարցազրույցին։ Ըստ Վարդանյանի, Ալիևը բացահայտ խոստովանում է, որ իր կյանքի առաքելությունը պատերազմում հաղթելն էր: «Սա շատ կարևոր հավաստում է՝ հասկանալու համար, որ Ադրբեջանը երբեք էլ չի ցանկացել խնդիրը լուծել խաղաղ ճանապարհով»,- նշել է «Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատի» համակարգողը։
«Ալիևն առաջարկում է Արցախի հայերին, որոնք այժմ կազմում են բնակչության 99,9%-ը, դառնալ ազգային փոքրամասնություն կամ հեռանալ: Սա բացահայտ հայտարարություն է ցեղասպանության մասին, որը նա վաղուց ծրագրել է և արդեն իրականացնում է Արցախի շրջափակման միջոցով: Ալիևը նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությունը Հայաստանի կապիտուլյացիայի ակտ է անվանում և կոչ անում «գիտակցել ուժերի հարաբերակցությունը»՝ ակնարկելով, որ իր բանակն ավելի ուժեղ է: Ինչպե՞ս կարելի է հասկանալ այս ամենը: Նախ՝ սրանք ռազմական ագրեսորի խոսքեր են, որը սպառնում է Արցախի, Հայաստանի և ողջ տարածաշրջանի անվտանգությանը: Իսկ հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ Ադրբեջանը Թուրքիայի դաշնակիցն է, որը վաղուց մշակում է «Մեծ Թուրանի» նախագիծը, սա պետք է ընկալել որպես սպառնալիք ամբողջ մայրցամաքի անվտանգությանը»,- նշել է նախկին պետնախարարը:
Նրա խոսքով, սրանք դիկտատորի խոսքեր են, որը մարտահրավեր է նետել ամբողջ եվրոպական արժեհամակարգին և միջազգային իրավունքին, քանի որ այդ խոսքերը բխում են ուժով հարցերը լուծելու մտադրությունից՝ առանց հաշվի առնելու միջազգային իրավունքը և բարոյական նորմերը։ «Ադրբեջանը պատերազմի միջոցով չի կարողացել հասնել կապիտուլյացիայի. արցախցիներն ապրել են և շարունակելու են ապրել իրենց հողում: Նույնիսկ նման դաժան փորձությունից հետո արցախահայության մեծ մասը վերադարձել է հայրենիք, այդ թվում նրանք, ովքեր պատերազմի ժամանակ կորցրել են իրենց տները: Կապիտուլյացիայի է նման Հայաստանի իշխանությունների դիրքորոշումը, բայց դա ոչ մի կապ չունի Արցախի հետ: Արցախը պայքարել է և շարունակում է պայքարել: Իսկ Հայաստանի հայերը պետք է հասկանան, որ Արցախը պայքարում է ոչ միայն իր, այլ նաև Հայաստանի պետականության համար: Եթե Ալիևը նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունը «կապիտուլյացիայի ակտ» է համարում, ապա ցանկացած խաղաղության պայմանագիր Ադրբեջանի ձեռքում դառնալու է գործիք՝ Արցախի հարցը «փակելու» և Հայաստանը թիրախավորելու համար»,- ընդգծել է Վարդանյանը:
