ՀՀ նախկին ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը գրում է․
«Ադրբեջանը դիտավորությամբ հոգեկան տառապանքներ է պատճառել հայ զինծառայողների կանանց, մայրերին, քույրերին և նրանց ընտանիքների մյուս անդամներին: Այդ մասին մեր նոր զեկույցը` փաստերով:
Շնորհակալություն զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին` աջակցության համար:
Հայաստանի և Արցախի դեմ Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած 2020թ. 44-օրյա և 2022թ. սեպտեմբերի 13-14 պատերազմների ընթացքում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը կատարել են բազմաթիվ պատերազմական հանցագործություններ, այդ թվում՝ ռազմագերիների և քաղաքացիական անձանց խոշտանգումներ, արտադատական սպանություններ։ Դրանց հիմքում այդ երկրի իշխանության հայատյացության և թշնամանքի, ֆաշիստական շարունակվող քաղաքականությունն է։
Արհեստական քրեական հետապնդումներով և շինծու դատական ակտերով մինչ օրս՝ Ադրբեջանը չի վերադարձնում հայ ռազմագերիներին և քաղաքացիական անձանց։ Այդ կերպ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունը մտադրված հոգեկան տառապանքներ է պատճառում հայ ընտանիքներին թե' Արցախում, թե' Հայաստանում։
Այս զեկույցը քննարկում և իրավական գնահատական է տալիս ադրբեջանական այդ հանցավոր արարքներին։ Օրինակ՝ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները խոչընդոտել են որոնողական աշխատանքներ, թաքցվել և չեն վերադարձվել զինծառայողների մարմիններ և այլն։
«Facebook», «Twitter», «TikTok» և այլ սոցիալական ցանցերում ադրբեջանական օգտահաշիվներով, թիրախավորելով հայկական լսարանը, տարածվել և անմիջապես ընտանիքներին են ուղարկվել իրենց ընտանիքների զինծառայող անդամների լուսանկարները սպանված և խոշտանգված վիճակում։
Ուսումնասիրությունները հաստատում են, որ նշված հանցանքները խրախուսվում են Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից։ Դրանք նպատակ ունեն ծանր հոգեբանական ցավ պատճառել ընտանիքներին և պահպանել լարվածությունը հայ հասարակությունում։
Սույն զեկույցի մշակման աշխատանքները ներառել են նաև հարցազրույցներ զինծառայողների ընտանիքների հետ և անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերի ուսումնասիրություններ։
Երախտագիտություն ենք հայտնում զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին զեկույցի կազմման աշխատանքներին աջակցության համար։
