Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան երեկվա ճեպազրույցում մասնավորապես նկատել է, որ ՌԴ հասցեին ջանքերի անբավարարության վերաբերյալ ներկայացվող որևէ պահանջ կրկնակի անտեղի է թվում այն բանից հետո, երբ Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը Արցախն ադրբեջանական է ճանաչել: Նկատենք, որ Ռուսաստանը պաշտոնական ներկայացուցչի միջոցով առնվազն երկրորդ անգամ է նման կոշտ, հասցեական հիշեցմամբ հանդես գալիս: Ավելի վաղ էլ էր Ռուսաստանից հայտարարություն հնչել, որ Արցախի (ինչպես իրենք են նշում՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կամ պարզապես՝ Ղարաբաղի)՝ ՀՀ իշխանությունների կողմից ադրբեջանական ճանաչելն արմատապես փոխել է իրավիճակը: Եվ Ռուսաստանի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչների դիտողությունը կամ դիտարկումը, ինչպես կուզեք, տեղին է ու ճիշտ:

Իսկապես էլ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից Արցախն ուրանալը, Արցախը ադրբեջանական ճանաչելը (հայտարարելը, հռչակելը) արմատապես փոխել է իրավիճակի բովանդակությունը: Նախ՝ դա Ալիևին ավելի է թևավորել, և նա, իրեն բացարձակապես անպատիժ զգալով, ձեռնարկեց Արցախի շրջափակումը, ապա՝ պաշարումը, ու հիմա, «քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհի» աչքի առաջ, ինչպես ասվում է՝ օրը ցերեկով, իրականացնում է Արցախի բնիկ հայ բնակչության ցեղասպանություն: Մյուս կողմից՝ որքան էլ Զախարովայի դիտողությունը հիմնավորված ու տեղին լինի, հարցեր են ծագում: Նախ՝ ինչի՞ մասին էին նրանք մտածում մինչև այդ, երբ բոլոր փորձագետները միաձայն պնդում էին, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հարմար տեղավորվել է Արևմուտքի և թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի ձգտումների կիզակետում (թեկուզ ոչ որպես գործոն)՝ արագորեն դուրս մղել Ռուսաստանին տարածաշրջանից:

Իսկապե՞ս այդքան միամիտ էին, որ դա չէին նկատում: Հազիվ թե: Ուրեմն ո՞րն էր խնդիրը, մտածում էին՝ «սուզանավի միջից նրանք ո՞ւր ունեն գնալու»: Թե՞ այդ պահին այդպես էր պետք: Բայց չէ՞ որ 2020 թ. նոյեմբերյան հայտարարությունը երեք ստորագրություն ունի, դրա քանդվելը Ռուսաստանում չէի՞ն նկատում... Իհարկե, հեշտ է շրջվել ու ասել, թե՝ դա հայ ժողովրդի ընտրությունն է, ինչ իրենք ընտրել են, ըստ դրա էլ ամեն ինչ եղել է, ոչինչ անել չենք կարող: Բայց դա ավելի շատ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին է բնորոշ՝ բոլոր մեղքերը գցել այլոց վրա: Իսկ Ռուսաստանում ոնց որ մի քիչ ուշ են մի թեթև «խառնվել իրար»...
