Հուլիսի 28-ից 29-ը «Հումանիտար ականազերծման և փորձագիտական կենտրոն» -ի ղեկավար անձնակազմի ուղեկցությամբ Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության և ՄԱԿ-ի Պարենի համաշխարհային ծրագրի պատվիրակություններն այցելել են Վայոց ձորի Ջերմուկ համայնքի Ջերմուկ բնակավայր, որտեղ «ՀԱՓԿ» ականազերծողները մայիսից իրականացնում են մարտական գործողությունների հետևանքով չպայթած զինամթերքով աղտոտված տարածքների մաքրման աշխատանքներ։

Կենտրոնից հայտնում են, որ ճանաչողական այցին ներկա են եղել ՀՀ ժամանած Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարության Պաշտպանական տեխնոլոգիաների ազգային համալսարանի ներկայացուցիչները՝ Միջազգային հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի տնօրեն, պրոֆեսոր Մա Ցզյանգուանի գլխավորությամբ, ՀՀ ՉԺՀ դեսպանության ռազմական կցորդ ավագ գնդապետ Ան Ցյանը, ՄԱԿ-ի ՊՀԾ ղեկավար Նաննա Սկաուն։

ՉԺՀ և ՄԱԿ-ի ՊՀԾ պատվիրակություններն ներկա են գտնվել դաշտային աշխատանքներին, ծանոթացել ուսումնաբազային, տեսաներկայացումների միջոցով ծանոթացել հակաականային ոլորտում իրականցվող աշխատանքներին, ինչպես նաև ներկայացվել է «ՀԱՓԿ»-ի և ՄԱԿ-ի Պարենի համաշխարհային ծրագրի համագործակցության շրջանակներում իրականցվող «նանասիստեմ» հայկական ծրագիրը։

«ՀԱՓԿ» ՊՈԱԿ տնօրեն Վաղինակ Սարգսյանը ողջունել է հյուրերին և բարձր գնահատել հակաականային գործունեության ոլորտում ՀՀ և ՉԺՀ միջև համագործակցության հաստատումը։

- Մենք հակաականային ոլորտում համագործակցում ենք Ժնևի, Իրանի, Իրաքի, Լիբանանի և այլ երկրների հետ, իսկ Չինաստանի հետ այսօր արդեն համագործակցության հաստատման առաջին քայլերը շատ ենք կարևորում։ Հայ-չինական հարաբերությունները սերտ են, չինացի ժողովուրդը մշտապես ջերմ է վերաբերվել Հայաստանին։ Մենք վստահ ենք՝ հումանիտար ականազերծման ոլորտում ՀՀ և ՉԺՀ միջև նույնպես հիմք կստեղծվի համագործակցության համար։ Հակաականային գործունեությունը միայն դաշտեր մաքրելը, պայթուցիկ զինմաթերքի վտանգի մասին իրազեկելը և տուժածներին աջակցությունը չէ, սա նաև գործունեություն է ուղղված մաքրված տարածքների հետագա նպատակային շահագործմանը նպաստելուն և երկարաժամկետ սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման ապահովմանը։  Այդ իսկ պատճառով մենք ՄԱԿ-ի Պարենի համաշխարհային ծրագրի հետ համատեղ սկսել ենք աշխարհում դեռևս չկիրառված աննախադեպ հայկական ծրագրի իրականացումը՝ «նանասիստեմ»-ը, որի հիմքում ընկած է «Կանաչ պիտակ» գաղափարը։ Տարածքների մաքրման առաջնահերթությունը որոշելուց և մաքրելուց հետո մենք հետևողական ենք լինելու, թե մաքրումից հետո ինչ սոցիալ-տնտեսական ծրագրեր են իրականացվելու և ինչպես են շահագործվելու «Կանաչ գոտի» պիտակավորմամբ տարածքները։ «Կանաչ պիտակ»-ն առաջինը կհանձնվի Ջերմուկ համայնքին, որտեղ մաքրման աշխատանքներն արդեն ավարտին են մոտենում, - ասել է Վաղինակ Սարգսյանը։
