Քաղաքացու մուտքը ՀՀ արգելված է, նրա անձնագիրը երկրորդ անգամ վերցրել են հետադարձ տոմսը ձևակերպելու համար․ ՄԻՊ-ն արձագանքել է «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպին

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի թեժ գծին օգոստոսի 1-ին քաղաքացուց ահազանգ է ստացվել առ այն, որ Զվարթնոց օդանավակայանում առգրավել են իր անձնագիրը։ ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմից կապ են հաստատել պետական իրավասու մարմնի գործընկերների հետ՝ իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ տեղեկություններ ստանալու նպատակով։ Փոխանցված տեղեկատվությունը ներկայացվել է քաղաքացուն։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՄԻՊ գրասենյակից։

Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմից քաղաքացուն խնդրել են նաև հնարավոր խնդիրների դեպքում կրկին զանգահարել թեժ գծին, սակայն հետադարձ զանգ չի ստացվել։ Այնուհետև, գիշերը ժամը 12-ի սահմաններում, թեժ գծին է զանգահարել պատգամավոր Քրիստինե Վարդանյանը և նշել, որ քաղաքացին դեռևս օդանավակայանում է։ Վերոգրյալի հաշվառմամբ կապ է հաստատվել քաղաքացու հետ, ով նշել է, որ անձնագրի հետ կապված խնդիրը լուծվել է, և անձնագիրը վերադարձվել է իրեն, սակայն Հայաստան մուտք գործելու խնդիրը չի լուծվել։ ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմն անմիջապես հարցը քննարկել է իրավասու մարմնի գործընկերների հետ։

Օգոստոսի 2-ի առավոտյան ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմից կապ են հաստատել քաղաքացու հետ` պարզելու համար` արդյո՞ք խնդիրները վերջնական լուծվել են։ Սակայն քաղաքացին հայտնել է, որ անձնագիրը կրկին վերցրել են։ Կապ է հաստատվել իրավասու մարմնի ներկայացուցչի հետ, ով տեղեկացրել է, որ նրա մուտքը ՀՀ արգելված է, և անձնագիրը վերցրել են հետադարձ տոմսը ձևակերպելու համար։

Նշված տեղեկությունները ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմից փոխանցել են քաղաքացուն, միևնույն ժամանակ պարզաբանվել են իր նկատմամբ կիրառված արգելքն ու իրավապահ մարմինների գործողությունները բողոքարկելու կարգը, ինչպես նաև այս հարցի վերաբերյալ Պաշտպանի լիազորությունների շրջանակը։

Հարցի քննարկման շրջանակներում Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը գրավոր պարզաբանումներ է պահանջելու պետական իրավասու մարմիններից։
