Լաչինի միջանցքում Ադրբեջանի կողմից ապօրինաբար առևանգված  Արցախի քաղաքացի Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանին կարող են հավելյալ մեղադրանքներ ներկայացվել. ինչպես հայտնում են ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները, այս մասին ասել է Ադրբեջանի զինդատախազի տեղակալ Ֆուադ Մամեդով:

«Եթե նախաքննության ընթացքում նոր փաստեր բացահայտվեն, ապա Մեշալի գյուղում ադրբեջանցիների ջարդեր կատարելու համար մեղադրվող Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանին կարող են լրացուցիչ մեղադրանքներ առաջադրել», - ասել է նա։

«Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ այս հարձակումը ծրագրված է եղել, ինչը հաստատվում է քննչական նյութերով: Նպատակ է եղել մարդկանց զանգվածաբար դուրս բերել Մեշալի գյուղից, ապա սպանել, ուստի այս քրեական գործը քննվում է «Ցեղասպանություն», ինչպես նաև «Բնակչության տեղահանում և բռնի տեղահանում» հոդվածներով»,- ասել է զինվորական դատախազի տեղակալը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ շաբաթ օրը Ադրբեջանը Լաչինի միջանցքում առևանգել է բուժման նպատակով Հայաստան տեղափոխվող արցախցի Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանին:

Վերջինիս իրավունքների պաշտպանության վերաբերյալ դիմում է ներկայացվել Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան՝ Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ միջանկյալ միջոց կիրառելու պահանջով: Այս մասին հայտնել է միջազգային իրավական հարցերով ՀՀ ներկայացուցիչ Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանը։

Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազությունը հայտնել էր Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանին կալանավորելու մասին։ Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազությունը նշել է, որ Խաչատրյանը «միջազգային հետախուզման մեջ է» (չակերտները - Tert.am)։

Ըստ Բաքվի՝ «օգտագործելով տարբեր տեսակի զենքեր՝ նա տարբեր անձանց հետ 1991 թ․ դեկտեմբերի 22-ին կազմակերպել և Մեշալի գյուղի ադրբեջանցիների դեմ իրականացրել է հանցագործություններ, ոչնչացրել է նրանց պատկանող գույքը, պետությանը խոշոր չափի վնաս է հասցրել (մոտ 5,5 միլիոն մանաթի / մոտ 3,2 միլիոն դոլարի նյութական վնաս - Tert.am)» (չակերտները - Tert.am)։

Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանի նկատմամբ առկա չէ միջազգային հետախուզում, հայտարարել է Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանը։ Ըստ նրա՝ քաղաքացու իրավունքներին ոչ իրավաչափ միջամտությունը տեղի է ունենում միջազգային-իրավական երաշխիքների և չափանիշների խախտմամբ։ Արցախցու դուստր Ծովինար Խաչատրյանը, Արցախի նախագահի խորհրդական Արտակ Բեգլարյանը հերքել են Ադրբեջանի մեղադրանքները։
