Քաղաքային կառավարման լավագույն մասնագետներից մեկը՝ Դավիթ Մարգարյանը միացել է մեր թիմին։ Դավիթ Մարգարյանը տնտեսագիտության թեկնածու է, տեղական ինքնակառավարման և համայնքային կառավարման փորձագետ:
 
Դավիթ Մարգարյանը «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության կողմից առաջադրվելու է որպես ավագանու անդամի թեկնածու։
 
Երևանին պետք են պրոֆեսիոնալներ և մենք Երևանը կառավարելու ենք հենց այդպիսի թիմով։
Դավիթ Մարգարյանի մասնագիտական կենսագրությունը՝ ներքևում․
 
2003-2008 թթ սովորել և գերազանցությամբ ավարտել է Հայաստան պետական տնտեսագիտական համալսարանը՝ պետական և մունիցիպալ կառավարում մասնագիտությամբ,
2008-2011 թթ սովորել է ՀՀ պետական կառավարման ակադեմիայի ասպիրանտուրայում, պաշտպանել է ատենախոսությունը «Կառավարման հիմնախնդիրները տեղական ինքնակառավարման համակարգում» թեմայով՝ ստանալով տնտեսագիտության թեկնածուի գիտական աստիճան,
2009-2011թթ աշխատել է «Համայնքների Ֆինանսիստների միավորում» հ/կ-ում՝ որպես ծրագրերի համակարգող,
2011-2015թթ աշխատել է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում՝ որպես Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալի, այնուհետ՝ առաջին տեղակալի օգնական,
2016-2021թթ աշխատել է «Համայնքների Ֆինանսիստների միավորում» հ/կ-ում՝ որպես տեղական ինքնակառավարման և համայնքային կառավարման փորձագետ,
2012 թվականից Համայնքների Ֆինանսիստների միավորում» հ/կ վարչության անդամ է, 2021թ․ առ այսօր՝
 
«Տեղական ժողովրդավարական դպրոց» կրթական հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր-տնօրեն:
