Զինծառայող Մուրադ Գրիգորյանի սպանության վերաբերյալ վարույթով մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել նաև մարտական դիրքի ավագին

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության ութերորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում շարունակվում է 2023 թվականի հուլիսի 26-ին ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի մարտական դիրքում՝ գետնատնակի հարակից տարածքում, հրազենային վիրավորումից նույն զորամասի զինծառայող Մուրադ Սերյոժայի Գրիգորյանի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը։ Կատարված քննչական և վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքին առնչվող մի շարք այլ կարևոր հանգամանքներ ևս։
 
«Մասնավորապես քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ նշված դիրքի ավագ, դասակի հրամանատար Տ․Ս․-ն, տեղեկանալով զինծառայող Ա․Հ․-ի կողմից համածառայակից Մուրադ Սերյոժայի Գրիգորյանին՝ վերջինիս ամրակցված ԿԳ տեսակի գնդացրով նրան մահացու հրազենային վիրավորում հասցնելու և ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու մասին, կատարել է հանցագործություն կատարած անձի բացահայտմանը խոչընդոտելուն ուղղված գործողություններ։
 
Մասնավորապես, նա գնդացիրը դրել է Մ․Գրիգորյանի մարմնի կողքին, և նրա հրահանգով Ա․Հ․-ն համածառայակիցներին, մարտական դիրք մեկնած զորամասի սպաներին և իրավապահ մարմինների աշխատակիցներին հայտնել է, թե իբր Մուրադ Գրիգորյանն ինքնասպան է եղել՝ ինքն իրեն հրազենային վիրավորում հասցնելու եղանակով:
Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված փաստերի հիման վրա դիրքի ավագ Տ․Ս․-ի նկատմամբ, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 474-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով, հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում, և նրան ներկայացվել է մեղադրանք:
 
Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ վերջինիս նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու համար, որը բավարարվել է:
 
Ավելի վաղ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն հայտնել է, որ նշված քրեական վարույթով նաև զինծառայող Մուրադ Գրիգորյանին՝ իրեն ամրակցված ՊԿ տեսակի գնդացիրից արձակված կրակոցով վերջինիս մահացու հրազենային վնասվածքը հասցնելու համար մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել նրա համածառայակից Ա․Հ․-ին, որի նկատմամբ դատարանի որոշմամբ ևս որպես խափանման միջոց էր ընտրվել կալանքը»,- ասված է ՔԿ-ի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ։
 
Ծանուցում. հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
