Երեկ մեկնարկել է Արցախի Հակոբավանքի վերականգնման ծրագիրը։ Հոգևոր կենտրոնի վերհառնմանն ուղղված աշխատանքներին առաջին օրը սկսել են «Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատ» հանրային շարժման մի խումբ անդամներ ու համակիրներ։ Մասնակիցները մեծ խանդավառությամբ լծվել են գործի։ Ճակատից հայտնում են, թե վանական համալիրի շուրջ մաքրման աշխատանքներն ուղեկցվել են երգ ու երաժշտությամբ։ Նախագծի գաղափարակիրը, «Արցախի անվտանգության ու զարգացման ճակատի» համակարգող Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն է, որը նախաձեռնությունը ռազմավարական է համարում և կարևորում արցախահայության անկոտրում կամքի վերահաստատման դրսևորումը։

«Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացնան ճակատն» էլ փաստում է, թե արցախցիների արժանապատվությունը, կենցաղային հոգսերով կոտրելու մարտավարությունը հիմա էլ դատապարտված է ձախողման։ «Գիտակցելով բեռների հասանելիության անհրաժեշտությունը՝ մենք ևս մեկ անգամ արձանագրում ենք, որ պետականության ամուր հիմքեր ունեցող երկիրը չի կարելի վերածել համակենտրոնացման ճամբարի և թողնել հումանիտար օգնությունների հույսին»,- նշել են ճակատից և հավելել, որ պետք է ոչ թե հումանիտար օգնությունների խնդիր լուծել, այլ ամեն ինչ անել վերադառնալու նորմալ, բնականոն կյանքի։

Այսպիսի նախաձեռնություններն են, որ աջակցում են արցախցիներին, նրանց ուժ և ոգի ներարկում, շարունակելու ապրել պաշարված Արցախում, գոյատևել, ամուր կառչած մնալ իրենց հայրենիքից և այս գործում չափազանց մեծ է Արցախի անվտանգության ու զարգացման ճակատի և նրա համակարգող Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի դերը։
