«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Դեռ նախորդ տարվանից գործում էր պետական սուբսիդավորման ծրագիր, որը ենթադրում էր բնակարանների կամ անհատական բնակելի տների էներգաարդյունավետ վերանորոգման համար վարկատեսակ: Պետական սուբսիդավորմամբ իրականացվող ծրագրի ժամկետն ավարտվում էր այս տարվա հուլիսի 1-ին, սակայն կառավարության նիստում որոշում կայացվեց ծրագրի ժամկետը երկարաձգել ևս մեկ տարով՝ մինչև 2024 թ.-ի հուլիսի 1-ը՝ փոխելով, սակայն, սուբսիդավորման սկզբունքը: Հայաստանում առաջին արևային վահանակներ արտադրող SolarOn ընկերության մարքեթինգի մասնագետ Հայկ Հայրապետյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ընդգծում է՝ սուբսիդավորումն այն գործող միջոցն է, որը թույլ է տալիս այս ոլորտին հաստատուն զարգացում ապրել:

Եթե նախկինում պետությունը «Բնակարանի կամ անհատական բնակելի տան էներգաարդյունավետ վերանորոգում» վարկատեսակը սուբսիդավորում էր այնպես, որ դրա փաստացի տոկոսադրույքը Երևանում կազմի՝ 5, քաղաքային բնակավայրերում՝ 3, գյուղական բնակավայրերում՝ 2, սահմանամերձ և բարձրլեռնային բնակավայրերում՝ 0 տոկոս, ապա հիմա տարեկան փաստացի տոկոսադրույքը պետության կողմից սուբսիդավորման արդյունքում կկազմի՝ Երևանում՝ 6, քաղաքային բնակավայրերում՝ 4, գյուղական բնակավայրերում՝ 3, սահմանամերձ կամ բարձր լեռնային բնակավայրերում՝ 0 տոկոս:

Ըստ այդմ, խրախուսվում է ձեռք բերել արևային կայան առանց կանխավճարների և հավել յալ ծախսերի՝ սուբսիդավորելով նշված վարկատեսակն այնպես, որ նրանց համար համապատասխանաբար գործեն 6, 4, 3 և 0 տոկոսադրույքները: Հայրապետյանը նշում է՝ ներկայում քաղաքացիներին ակտիվորեն տեղեկացնում են ծրագրի ժամկետի երկարաձգման մասին՝ վստահ լինելով, որ առաջիկա ամիսներին արևային կայաններ ձեռք բերող քաղաքացիների թիվը կավելանա:
