Ֆրանսիայի նորանշանակ դեսպանը ՀՀ-ում է․ Միրզոյանի հետ հանդիպմանը քննարկվել է ԼՂ-ում տիրող իրավիճակը

Հուլիսի 28-ին ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանին իր հավատարմագրերի պատճենն է հանձնել ՀՀ-ում Ֆրանսիայի նորանշանակ դեսպան Օլիվիե Դըկոտինյին։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարության պաշտոնական կայքից։
Նախարար Միրզոյանը շնորհավորել է նորանշանակ դեսպանին պատասխանատու պաշտոնը ստանձնելու առթիվ և իր վստահությունն է հայտնել, որ դեսպան Օլիվիե Դըկոտինյին իր առաքելության ընթացքում կգործադրի առավելագույն ջանքերը երկու երկրների միջև հարաբերությունների առավել զարգացման ուղղությամբ՝ դրանց ներկայիս առանձնաշնորհյալ բնույթին համապատասխան:
Դեսպանն իր կողմից շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ջերմ ընդունելության համար՝ պատրաստակամություն հայտնելով իր ակտիվ գործունեությամբ առավելագույնս նպաստել երկու ժողովուրդների բարեկամության և ընդհանուր հետաքրքրությունների վրա հիմնված հարաբերությունների ընդլայնման համար:
Ընդգծվել է Հայաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի միջև քաղաքական երկխոսության բարձր մակարդակը, ակտիվ փոխայցելություններն ու բարձր ձևաչափերով պարբերական շփումները, որոնք իրենց նպաստ են բերում ներկայիս՝ մարտահրավերներով լինի իրավիճակում փոխգործակցության նոր եզրեր գտնելու հարցում:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը մտքեր են հայ-ֆրանսիական երկկողմ օրակարգի ծրագրերի շուրջ՝ այդ թվում նաև անդրադառնալով «Հայ-ֆրանսիական տնտեսական համագործակցության 2021-2026թթ. ճանապարհային քարտեզի» իրականացման, Ֆրանսիական զարգացման գործակալության հետ, ինչպես նաև մշակույթի և կրթության ոլորտներում համագործակցության ընդլայնման հարցերին։
Քննարկվել են տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային անվտանգության հարցեր: Արարատ Միրզոյանը նորանշանակ դեսպանին է ներկայացրել Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքի ապօրինի արգելափակման հետևանքով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում օրեցօր վատթարացող հումանիտար իրավիճակը: Կարևորելով մինչ այս արգելափակման վերացման հարցում հնչած հստակ գնահատականները՝ նախարար ընդգծել ընդգծել է առկա մեխանիզմներն այդ ուղղությամբ արդոյւանվետ օգտագործելու անհրաժեշտությունը:
Անրադառնալով տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության և կայունության հարցում հայկական կողմի տեսլականին՝ նախարար Միրզոյանն ընդգծել է այդ հարցում շահագրգռված դերակատարների հստակ քայլերի և շարունակական ներգրավածության կարևորությունը:
