Հայաստանը սպասում է ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորախմբի, պաշտոնական Բաքվի դրական արձագանքին․ Փաշինյանը՝ հումանիտար բեռների մասին

ԼՂ-ում հումանիտր ճգնաժամի պայմաններում ԼՂ ժողովրդին աջակցության կառավարման աշխտանքային խմբի որոշմամբ, խումբը գործում է փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանի գլխավորությամբ, երեկ 361 տոննա հումանիտար օգնություն է ուղարկվել ԼՂ՝ 19 բեռնատարներով: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հուլիսի 27-ին, կառավարության նիստում հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
«Հումանիտար օգնությունը երեկ հասել է Կոռնիձորի հատված, Լաչինի միջանցքի մուտքի հատված: Մենք խնդրել ենք, որպեսզի ԼՂ-ում տեղակայված ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի ներկայացուցիչները ընդունեն բեռը եւ տեղափոխել ԼՂ, որտեղ Լաչինի միջանցքի շուրջ 8 ամիս ապօրինի արգելափակված լինելու հետեւանքով հումանիտար ճգնաժամ է հաստատված: Ադրբեջանը, սակայն, խոչընդոտում է հումանիտար բեռների մուտքը Լաչինի միջանցք եւ ԼՂ: Այս գործելակերպը անհասկանալի է եւ անընդունելի: Լաչինի միջանցքն ապօրինի արգելափակելու Ադրբեջանի պատճառաբանությունն այն էր, թե իբր Հայաստանը միջանցքն օգտագործում է ռազմական նպատակներով:
Սա իհարկե, անհեթեթ պնդում է, բայց այդ պնդումն օգտագործվում էր որպես պատրվակԼաչինի միջանցքի ապօրինի արգելափակման համար»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:
Նա թվարկեց երեկ ԼՂ ուղարկված 19 բեռնատարների պարունակությունը.
«Ալյուր՝ 100 տոննա, մակարոնեղեն՝ 80 տոննա, շաքարավազ՝ 60 տոննա, բուսական յուղ՝ 40 տոննա, կաթի փոշի՝ 40 տոննա, աղ՝ 20 տոննա, մանկական կեր՝ 12 տոննա, դեղորայք՝ 9 տոննա:
Երևանից շարժվելուց առաջ ՀՀ-ում հավատարմագրված օտարերկրյա դիվանագետները հրավիրվել ու ծանոթացել են Շահումյանի հրապարակում կայանված բեռնատարների պարունակությունը։ Ինչո՞ւ ուրեմն Ադրբեջանը թույլ չի տալիս այդ բեռների մուտքը ԼՂ, մի՞թե ոչ այն պատճառով, որ Ադրբեջանի իրական նպատակը ԼՂ ժողովրդին սովի մատնելն է, ցեղասպանության ենթարկելը:
Անկախ մեր գնահատականներից, սպասում ենք ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորախմբի, պաշտոնական Բաքվի դրական արձագանքին, որովհետև հումանիտար բեռի մուտքը թույլ չտալը, ընդամենը կհաստատի ԼՂ-ում ցեղասպանություն իրականացնելու Բաքվի մտադրության մասին մտավախությունները։
Լաչինի միջանցքի մուտքի մոտ սպասող հումանիտար բեռների մուտքը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ կնպաստի տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն հաստատելու ջանքերին, դրական քայլ կլինի վստահության մթնոլորտի հաստատման ճանապարհին»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը:
