Թեև Արցախի շրջափակման մերօրյա պայմաններում շուկայում իրացման ենթակա ապրանքները գրեթե սպառված են, այդուհանդերձ եղածն էլ մեր շարքերում գտնվող նյութապաշտների կողմից բացահայտ կամ գաղտնի եղանակով բնակչությանն իրացվում է սահմանված գներից անհամեմատ բարձր արժեքով: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը:

Նա նաեւ նշել է. «Հույս ունենալով, որ իրավիճակը կարող է ինքնակարգավորվել, ստեղծված պայմաններում պետությունը որոշակիորեն զերծ է մնացել կարգավորման վարչական մեթոդներ ու հարկադրանքի միջոցներ կիրառելուց, սակայն ընթացքը ցույց տվեց, որ առանց կոշտ քայլերի կարգավորման հասնել հնարավոր չէ:

ԱՀ կառավարության կողմից հուլիսի 26-ին ընդունված որոշմամբ շուկայում ապրանքների վաճառքի սահմանված թույլատրելի առավելագույն գնի խախտում թույլ տված անձինք ոչ միայն ենթարկվելու են վարչական պատասխանատվության, այլև նրանց կողմից հետագա խախտումը բացառելու համար վաճառքի ենթակա ապրանքը սահմանված արժեքով փոխհատուցելու եղանակով հարկադրաբար վերցվելու է ու պետական կազմակերպության միջոցով մատչելի գնով իրացվելու է բնակչությանը:

Որևէ կերպ չեն օգնելու նաև գյուղացուց ապրանքը թանկ գնելու մասին պատճառաբանությունները, թանկ են վաճառում, մի գնեք:

Այսօրվանից սկսվելու է այդ գործընթացը, որի ընթացքը վերահսկելու եմ անձամբ ես:

Արցախում իրավիճակը կարգավորվելուց հետո շրջափակման ընթացքում տեղի ունեցած բոլոր երևույթները և դրանց հեղինակները մեկ առ մեկ ենթարկվելու են բարոյական ու իրավական դատապարտման, ոչ ոք թող չկասկածի դրանում, թող ոչ մեկին չթվա, թե ինքը աննկատ է մնացել:
