Երեկվանից 2018-ի իր հայտնի բանաձևը նոր բովանդակություն է ստանում. կա´մ մենք չենք ունենա վարչապետ, կա´մ այլևս չենք ունենա պետություն։

Իր հոդվածում գրել է «Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խմբի անդամ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը․

«Հրաժարականներ իհարկե կլինեն, եթե...

Երեկվա ասուլիսից հետո պետք է լինեին հրաժարականներ պետական համակարգից, քաղաքական, հայեցողական պաշտոններից, դիվանագետներից։ Գոնե մեկը կարող էր ասել, որ ինքը համաձայն չէ մաս կազմել ներքին ֆաշիզմի և պետական ու ազգային կազմաքանդման քաղաքականությանը։

Հրաժարականներ չկան, և այս պահին չեն էլ լինի, բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ իմ նշած համակարգերում բոլորը դավաճան են կամ թքած ունեն հայրենիքի վրա։ Ամենևին ոչ։ Այնտեղ կան շատ կարգին, պարկեշտ ու պրոֆեսիոնալ մարդիկ։ Պետք է ճիշտ հասկանալ իրավիճակը։ Հրաժարական տալուց 99 տոկոսը մտածում է՝ ո՞ւր է գնալու, ինչի՞ն է միանալու։

Եկեք մենք լինենք ազնիվ ու պատասխանենք. ո՞ւր պիտի գնա հրաժարական տված մարդը։ Տիտղոսային ընդդիմությունը նույնիսկ գրասենյակ չունի։ Ո՞ր պրոցեսին միանա՝ դատարկությա՞նը, արձակուրդի՞ն, թե՞ «չքաղաքականացնեք պայքարը» կոչերին։

Վստահ եմ՝ պետական համակարգի հարյուրավոր աշխատողներ, այդ թվում՝ ուժայիններում, հատուկ ծառայություններում, ԱԳՆ-ում, ամենուր՝ այս գիշեր չեն քնել, մարդկայնորեն տառապել են Նիկոլի ասածներից։ Ամոթ են զգացել թե´ տանը, թե´ աշխատասենյակում։ Բայց մենք այս մարդկանց պետք է փորձենք հասկանալ։

Պետական համակարգը միանում է մերժմանը, այդ թվում՝ զանգվածային հրաժարականներով, համապատասխան մթնոլորտի և համապատասխան ինստիտուցիոնալ պայքարի դեպքում։ Կազմակերպե՞լ ենք մենք դա։ Նրանք, ովքեր վերցրել էին պատասխանատվություն և դրա համար ստացել հարյուր հազարավոր ձայներ, արե՞լ են իրենց գործը։

Այնուհանդերձ՝ պրոցեսը ունի բոլոր շանսերը հենց այդպես զարգանալու, որովհետև երեկ սեղանի գլխին միայնակ նստածը անում է ամեն ինչ՝ առաջիկայում միայնակ մնալու համար։

Հետաքրքիր է նաև հակառակ պրոցեսը. ո՞վ և ովքե՞ր ՔՊ-ից և իշխանության ներսից հրապարակային կստարեն նրան, կստորագրեն նրա երեկվա ասածների տակ։ Այն է.
