Ադրբեջանը թիրախավորելով հանքարդյունաբերությունը՝ փորձում է հարվածել տնտեսությանը. Ջհանյան

Հանքագործների և մետալուրգների միության նախագահի կարծիքով՝ Ադրբեջանը ընտրել է որպես թիրախ հանքարդյունաբերությունը` հաշվի առնելով դրա դերը Հայաստանի տնտեսական աճի մեջ։

Ադրբեջանը թիրախավորելով ՀՀ–ում հանքարդյունաբերությունը՝ իրականում փորձում է հարվածել ՀՀ տնտեսությանը։ Այս մասին մամուլի ասուլիսում հայտարարեց Հայաստանի հանքագործների և մետալուրգների միության նախագահ Վարդան Ջհանյանը։

Ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները հուլիսի 20-ին տեղեկություն էին տարածել, թե Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը Հայաստանի շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարին ուղղված նամակում պահանջել է դադարեցնել Նախիջևանի Ինքնավար Հանրապետությանը սահմանակից Երասխում խոշոր մետալուրգիական գործարանի կառուցումը, քանի որ իրականացվող աշխատանքները կարող են անդրսահմանային բացասական հետևանքներ ունենալ։

ՀՀ հանքարդյունաբերության դեմ Ադրբեջանի արշավը Ջհանյանը համարում է հիբրիդային պատերազմի մի մասը։

«Մենք հիբրիդային պատերազմական գործողության մեջ ենք Ադրբեջանի հետ, և, ցավոք, բիզնեսը և ՀՀ արդյունաբերությունը ներկայացնող կազմակերպությունները դառնում են այդ պատերազմի մի մասնիկը։ Եվ առաջնագծում այս պահի դրությամբ հանքարդյունաբերությունն է»,–ասաց նա։

 

Նրա խոսքով` Ադրբեջանը համարում է, որ ՀՀ–ում ամենամեծ ներուժն ունեցող, միևնույն ժամանակ ամենախոցելի ոլորտը հանքարդյունաբերությունն է։ Սակայն վերջինի հարցում, հանքագործների և մետալուրգների միության նախագահի համոզմամբ, սխալվում է. հանքարդյունաբերությունը բնապահպանական նորմերի և ստանդարտների առումով ՀՀ–ում շատ ավելի բարձր մակարդակ ունի, քան նույն հարևան երկրում։

«Այս ամենի պատճառը մենք հասկանում ենք. 2014 թվականից ի վեր ՀՀ տնտեսական աճի ցուցանիշները անընդհատ գերազանցել են Ադրբեջանի տնտեսական աճի ցուցանիշները։ Կապված նավթագազային ոլորտի անկման հետ՝ նրանք արդեն հետզհետե հետ են մնալու։ Բաքվում հասկանում են, որ ՀՀ–ի տնտեսական աճը ենթադրում է նաև Հայաստանի ռազմական հզորացում»,–ասաց նա։

Այս համատեքստում նա ուշադրություն հրավիրեց այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ առաջիկայում Հայաստանում նախատեսվում են նոր ծրագրեր իրականացնել։ Մասնավորապես, «Գեոպրոմայնինգը» նախատեսում է արտադրության ծավալները ավելացնել, իսկ «Լիդիան Արմենիան» կգործարկի Ամուլսարի հանքավայրի շահագործումը։ Բացի այդ, կան պլաններ նաև ՀՀ–ում պղնձաձուլարան կառուցելու վերաբերյալ։

Ադրբեջանը, միության նախագահի խոսքով, ամեն ինչ անում է և անելու է այս և այլ ծրագրերին խանգարելու համար:

Ավելի վաղ ՀՀ շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունը պատասխանել էր Ադրբեջանի «բաց նամակին» ՝ կապված Երասխում գործարանի կառուցման հետ նշելով, որ այն լիովին համապատասխանում է միջազգային բնապահպանական ստանդարտներին։
