Արցախի Հանրապետության ղեկավար Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ասել է, որ Ղարաբաղը շարունակելու է պայքարն ինքնորոշման համար և կոչ է արել Հայաստանի իշխանություններին զգույշ լինել Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության ճանաչման հարցում իրենց հայտարարություններում, գրում է «Ինտերֆաքս»-ը։

«Ոչ մի երկիր չի կարող մեզ զրկել ինքնորոշման իրավունքից։ Ես կոչ եմ անում Հայաստանի իշխանություններին ավելի զգույշ լինել իրենց հայտարարություններում։ Ինքնորոշման իրավունքը միջազգային նորմ է, մեր իրավունքը, որից մենք օգտվում ենք նաև այսօր», - ասել է Հարությունյանը երկուշաբթի օրը կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում՝ պատասխանելով «Ինտերֆաքս»-ի հարցին։

Նա նշել է, որ անկախ հայտարարություններից, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը կշարունակի պայքարն ինքնորոշման համար։

ԱՀ ղեկավարը նաեւ նշել է, որ պատրաստ է Բաքվի հետ երկխոսությանը, որը «պետք է նաեւ հաշվի առնի մեր իրավունքները եւ վարվի հավասարության սկզբունքով»։

Հարությունյանը հայտարարել է, որ Լաչինի միջանցքը, որը կապում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը Հայաստանի հետ, պետք է ապաշրջափակվի։

Նա նշել է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում տեղակայված ռուս խաղաղապահները նույնպես դժվարություններ ունեն պարենով ապահովման հարցում, և «նրանք օգտվում են նաև սննդի մեր սուղ պաշարներից»։
