ՀՀ–ում ՌԴ–ի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինի համար Հայաստանի ամենասիրած մարզերից մեկը Սյունիքն է։ Այս մասին դեսպանը ասել է Հանրայինին տված հարցազրույցում, որն անցկացվում է «առանց փողկապի» ձևաչափով։
 

Վերջերս դեսպանը կրկին այցելել է Սյունիք՝ Քաջարան՝ նշելու Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի 70-ամյակը։ Իսկ առաջին անգամ Կոպիրկինն ընտանիքի հետ Սյունիք այցելել է դեռ 2019 թվականին։
 

«Ես սիրահարվել եմ Գորիսին և Կապանին, իսկ Մեղրին մի յուրահատուկ մաս է` իր բնական հարստությամբ: Սիսիանն էլ եմ սիրում, Կոտայքի մարզը, Սևանա լիճը: Ինձ շատ են դուր գալիս նաև Լոռու և Տավուշի մարզերը: Չնայած որ փոքր երկիր է, բայց Հայաստանը շատ բազմազան է, ամենուր շատ հյուրասեր մարդիկ կան»,- ասում է դեսպանը:

 

Սյունիքում այժմ ծանր է իրավիճակը։ Սա, իհարկե, իր հետքն է թողնում մարդկանց շփման վրա: Ռուսաստանի և ռուսների նկատմամբ լավ վերաբերմունքը զգացվում է ողջ Հայաստանում, բայց Սյունիքում, դեսպանի խոսքով, իրավիճակի բարդությունից ելնելով, դա ավելի նկատելի է։

 

ՀՀ–ում իրեն լավ է զգում ոչ միայն ինքը՝ դեսպանը, այլև նրա կինը՝ Թամարա Իվանովնան և որդին՝ Մաքսիմը, ովքեր արդեն ունեն հայ ընկերներ և սովորել են մի քանի հայերեն արտահայտություններ։

 

Մյուս կողմից, դեսպանի կինը, որ երկար տարիներ աշխատել է որպես ինժեներ-մեխանիկ, հայկական արդյունաբերության ակնառու ձեռքբերումների մասին գիտի ոչ թե պատմությունից կամ համացանցից, այլ սեփական աշխատանքային փորձից։

 

«Ե՛վ Հայաստանում, և՛ Ռուսաստանում Խորհրդային Միության փլուզումից հետո արդյունաբերության մեջ շատ բան, եթե չասենք անհետացավ, ապա գոնե որոշ ժամանակով չիրացվեց։ Բայց գլխավորը մարդն է, մարդկային կապիտալը, ինչը հիմք է տալիս ակնկալելու, որ երկիրը լիովին ոտքի կկանգնի և կզբաղեցնի այն տեղը, որը պետք է զբաղեցնի՝ հենց մարդկային ներուժից ելնելով»,- հավելեց դեսպանը։

 

Սա կարևոր է և՛ Ռուսաստանի, և՛ Հայաստանի, և՛ նախկին խորհրդային մյուս հանրապետությունների համար։ Դեսպանը պարզաբանեց, որ խոսքը քաղաքականության մասին չէ (քանի որ ծրագրի ձևաչափը ոչ քաղաքական է»), բայց երկու երկրների փոխգործակցությունը պետք է ծառայի դրան։
