C եւ D վիտամինները եւ գրիպի կանխարգելումը

Կարո՞ղ են արդյոք C եւ D վիտամինները կանխարգելել գրիպը: Ո՛չ,

C եւ D վիտամինները ամենակարեւոր վիտամիններն են, որոնք առողջ օրգանիզմում կարող են դանդաղեցնել վիրուսային վարակի բարգավաճումը: Սակայն հստակ ցուցում չկա, որ այս վիտամինները կանխարգելիչ են, եւ այդ պատճառով դրանք չեն կարող հավասարեցվել գրիպի դեմ պատվաստմանը եւ մարմնի լավ հիգիենային:

C վիտամինը սկսել են որպես հարբուխի դեմ միջոց առաջարկել 1970-ականներին, երբ բիոքիմիկոս եւ Նոբելյան մրցանակի դափնեկիր Լայնուս Պոլինգը սկսեց գրել, որ վիտամին C-ի մեծ դեղաչափերը կապված են հարբուխի հաճախականության եւ տեւողության քչացման հետ: Բայց, չնայած վիտամին C-ի լայնատարած օգտագործմանը, շատ քիչ ապացույցներ են ստացվել, որ այն իրականում արդյունավետ է:
Վիտամին C պարունակում են շատ մրգեր եւ բանջարեղեն, հատկապես ցիտրուսայինները, սակայն կարելի է նաեւ հաբեր ընդունել: Եվ կարեւոր չէ, դուք հիվանդ եք, թե՝ առողջ, վիտամին C-ն անհրաժեշտ է ընդհանուր առողջության համար:

Վիտամին C-ի օրական խորհուրդ տրվող չափաբաժինը տղամարդկանց համար կազմում է 90, իսկ կանանց համար՝ 75մգ: Եվ երբ խոսքը գնում է վիտամինների մասին, կա այնպիսի հասկացողություն, ինչպիսին «գերդոզավորումն» է: Օրական 2000մգ-ից ավելի վիտամին C-ի ընդունումը կարող է բերել երիկամներում քարերի առաջացման, սրտխառնոցի եւ լուծի:

Շատ հետազոտություններ ներկայումս կապում են վիտամին D-ի պակասը բազմաթիվ խնդիրների հետ, ներառյալ՝ սրտի հիվանդությունները, դեպրեսիան, ռախիտը, ճանաչողական խանգարումները եւ նույնիսկ քաղցկեղը:
Այդ իսկ պատճառով զարմանալի չէ, որ վիտամին D-ն այդքան հանրահայտ է դարձել հարբուխի եւ գրիպի կանխարգելման համար: 
Սակայն նաեւ այս դեպքում ոչ մի ապացույց չկա, որ այն կարող է կանխարգելել վիրուսի բարգավաճումը:

Վիտամին D-ն հաճախ արեւային վիտամին են անվանում, քանի որ այն առաջանում է օրգանիզմում արեւի լույսին ի պատասխան, բայց այն նաեւ պարունակվում է որոշ սննդամթերքում՝ ձուկ, ձու եւ կաթնամթերք, ինչպես նաեւ արտադրվում է դեղահաբերի տեսքով:
