Տեղի է ունեցել Ախուրյան համայնքի նորընտիր ղեկավարի երդման արարողությունը

Այսօր տեղի է ունեցել Ախուրյան համայնքի նորընտիր ղեկավար Զավեն Մանուկյանի երդման հանդիսավոր արարողությունը, որին ներկա է գտնվել Շիրակի մարզպետ Մուշեղ Մուրադյանը, ԱԺ պատգամավոր Կարեն Սարուխանյանը, մարզպետի տեղակալաներ Աննա Մարտիկյանը, Ալբերտ Այվազյանը, մարզային իշխանության, ուժային կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներ, համայնքների ղեկավարներ, համայնքի ավագանու անդամներ, պաշտոնատար այլ անձինք։
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են Շիրակի մարզպետարանից, արարողության մասնակիցներին ողջունել, Զավեն Մանուկյանին հաջողություններ է մաղթել Շիրակի մարզպետ Մուշեղ Մուրադյանը․
«Համայնքի ղեկավարի և ավագանու լիազորությունն ունեցող մարդկանց հիմնական, ես կասեի կարևոր առաքելությունը մարդկանց հոգսերին ականջալուր լինելն է, մեր քաղաքացիների հետ ազնիվ աշխատելը։ Ախուրյանցիները հոգատար վերաբերմունքի, լսված լինելու, տարիներով կուտակված հոգսերի թեթևացման կարիք ունեն։ Դրա համար, բնականաբար, անհրաժեշտ է միասնական աշխատանք, համախմբվածություն, պատասխանատվություն։ Անելիքներ, իհարկե, շատ կան, բացթողումներն ակնառու են, վերջին իրադարձությունները դրանց վառ ապացույցն են։ Անցած տասնամյակների ընթացքում բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ են կուտակվել, որոնց լուծման համար համայնքի ղեկավարն ու ավագանին պետք է այսուհետ քրտնաջան աշխատեն, ջանք ու եռանդ չխնայեն։ Ախուրյանի բոլոր բնակավայրերի բնակիչները պետք է զգան, որ ձեր աշխատանքում կա հոգատարություն, իրենց դարդ ու ցավին լուծում գտնելու պատրաստակամություն, մարդիկ պետք է համոզված լինեն, որ իրենց հոգսով ապրող ղեկավար ու ավագանի կա, ովքեր հարգալից են իրենց հանդեպ, աշխատում են օրենքի տառին համապատասխան։ Շնորհավորում եմ և մաղթում ձեզ արդյունավետ աշխատանք, հաջողություններ նախաձեռնություններում՝ ի նպաստ Ախուրյան համայնքի բոլոր բնակավայրերի զարգացման ու առաջընթացի։ Ի գործ»։
Զավեն Մանուկյանը, ըստ արարողակարգի, երդվել է՝ պաշտպանել համայնքի իրավունքները, օրինական շահերը և սեփականությունը, ուժերի անմնացորդ նվիրումով սատարել ժողովրդի հավատին, նպաստել նրա նյութական և հոգևոր վերելքին։
