Շրջափակման պայմաններում սննդամթերքի մատակարարման և վառելիք չունենալու պատճառով մանկապարտեզների գործունեության շարունակականության հարցը խնդրահարույց է։

«Արցախպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին ասել է ԱՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Նորայր Մկրտչյանը։
 
«Փորձելու ենք հուլիս ամսվա ընթացքում շարունակել ապահովել  նախադպրոցական հաստատությունների գործունեությունը: Եթե իրավիճակը մնա անփոփոխ, ապա ցավով պիտի նշեմ, որ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, օգոստոսին  հնարավորություն չենք ունենա ապահովելու մանկապարտեզների գործունեությունը»,-նշել է նախարարը:
 
Ն. Մկրտչյանն ընդգծել է, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակում  նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները պիտի իրականացվեն ակտիվորեն, որպեսզի ձմռանը նախապատրաստվելու միջոցառումների շրջանակում կարողանան լուծել կրթօջախների ջեռուցման հարցը:
 
«Խնդիրներ ունենք նաև` նոր դասագրքերի ձեռքբերման հետ կապված: Փորձելու ենք մեր հնարավորություները լիարժեք օգտագործել, որպեսզի դասագրքերը և ուսումնական լաբորատորիաները Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունից տեղափոխենք:

Գրենական պիտույքների ուղղությամբ ևս փորձելու ենք մեր  հնարավորություններն օգտագործել` դիմելով միջազգային կառույցների, մասնավորապես՝ Կարմիր խաչին, որպեսզի գոնե առաջին դասարանցիների համար այդ հարցը լուծվի: Խնդիրները բարդ  են, բայց մենք փորձելու ենք սեպտեմբերի 1-ին լիարժեք սկսել   նոր ուսումնական տարին։ Անկախ ամեն ինչից` պիտի ապահովենք մատաղ սերնդի  կրթությունը, քանի որ այն բավականին կարևոր ռազմավարական ուղղություն է, և մեր պայքարում հաղթելու համար ոչ միայն ուժեք բազուկ է պետք, այլև պայծառ միտք և բավականին հարուստ գիտելիքներ»,-եզրափակել է ԱՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը:
