«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
eadaily.com-ը «Կարծիք. Պենտագոնի և ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ Հայաստանի համագործակցությունը մտել է գործնական փուլ» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Էդվարդ Ասրյանի այցը ԱՄՆ և նրա հանդիպումը Ազգային գվարդիայի պետի և Եվրոպական հրամանատարության ռազմավարության տնօրենի հետ «բաց ուղերձ է հայկական ռազմական դոկտրինի տեկտոնական փոփոխությունների մասին»։ Այդ մասին գրել է «Ընկեր գեներալ» Տելեգրամ-ալիքը։ «Երբ Հայաստանի Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարի նման գործիչն է այցելում Պենտագոն և ԿՀՎ, դա դեռ կարելի է վերագրել ինչ-որ վերացական բարեկամության և փորձի փոխանակման…բանակի Գլխավոր շտաբը բանակի ուղեղն է, ռազմավարական կենտրոնը։
Ասրյանի՝ ամերիկացիների հետ բանակցությունների մեջ մտնելը նշանակում է, որ Պենտագոնի և ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ Հայաստանի համագործակցությունը թևակոխել է առանցքային նախագծերի գործնական իրականացման փուլ։ Մենք գիտենք դրանցից որոշների մասին, օրինակ՝ այն, որ մարտական պատրաստությունն անցնում է ՆԱՏՕ-ի չափանիշներին, Պենտագոնի կենսալաբորատորիաների աշխատանքը շարունակվում է (և, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, ընդլայնվելու է), հայկական բանակը մասնակցում է եվրոպական զորավարժություններին։ Բայց վստահորեն կարելի է ասել, որ դա այն ամենը չէ, ինչի մասին Ասրյանը խոսել է ամերիկյան խոշոր գեներալների հետ։
ՆԱՏՕ-ի ռազմաբազայի բացման մասին լուրերը սարերի հետևում չեն, մասամբ այն արդեն գոյություն ունի Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի 12-րդ խաղաղապահ բրիգադի «Զառ» ուսումնական կենտրոնի «տանիքի» տակ։ Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, ԱՄՆ-ն առիթը բաց չի թողնի հայկական ցամաքային և հրետանային ուժերը զինելու իր զինատեսակներով։ Այդ ամենը լավ կլիներ, եթե չլիներ մի բայց. ՆԱՏՕ-ն երկար և ամուր համագործակցում է և՛ Թուրքիայի, և՛ Ադրբեջանի հետ։ Բանակի վիճակի մասին զգայուն տեղեկատվությունը, դատելով Ասրյանի այցից, արդեն կենտրոնանում է մեկ «տիկնիկավարի» շտաբում, որտեղից այն փոխանցվում է ԱՄՆ-ի, Բրիտանիայի և, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում, ԵՄ-ի, Իսրայելի և հենց Թուրքիայի հետախուզական ծառայություններին։ Դա հենց այն է, ինչը կոչվում է ինքնիշխանության կորուստ»,- գրել է Տելեգրամ ալիքը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ վերջերս Վաշինգտոնում ՀՀ ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Էդվարդ Ասրյանը ԱՄՆ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետերի միացյալ շտաբի նախագահի տեղակալ ծովակալ Քրիստոֆեր Գրեդիի և ԱՄՆ ռազմաօդային ուժերի շտաբի պետ, գեներալ Չարլզ Բրաունի հետ քննարկել է երկու երկրների պաշտպանության ոլորտում համագործակցության հարցերը։
