Օգտվելով առիթից՝ իմ գոհունակությունն եմ հայտնում Երևանում ռեզիդենտ դեսպանություն բացելու Բելգիայի կառավարության որոշման կապակցությամբ: Վստահ եմ, որ այն նոր լիցք կհաղորդի հայ-բելգիական ավանդական բարեկամության վրա հիմնված միջպետական հարաբերություններին:
