ՌԴ Դաշնության խորհուրդը կոչ է արել Հայաստանին գնահատել Հռոմի ստատուտին միանալու հետևանքները և դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների համար ռիսկերը

Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորները պետք է ուսումնասիրեն երկրի՝ Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի (ՄՔԴ) Հռոմի ստատուտին միանալու հետևանքները և գնահատեն Ռուսաստանի հետ դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների հետ կապված ռիսկերը։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հուլիսի 21-ին, հայտարարել է Դաշնության խորհրդի նախագահի տեղակալ Յուրի Վորոբյովը երկու երկրների օրենսդիր մարմինների համագործակցության միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի նիստի ժամանակ, գրում է Парламентская газета թերթը։
Վորոբյովը նշել է, որ Հայաստանի հնարավոր միացումը Հռոմի ստատուտին իրականում կնշանակի Երևանի կողմից Հաագայի տրիբունալի իրավասության ճանաչում բոլոր գործերի առնչությամբ։
«Մենք ելնում ենք նրանից, որ մեր հայ գործընկերների այս քայլը չունի հակառուսական ենթատեքստ, բայց, այնուամենայնիվ, գործնականում շոշափելի վնաս է հասցնում ռուս-հայկական հարաբերություններին։ Մենք կոչ ենք անում մեր դաշնակիցներին ևս մեկ անգամ ուշադիր ուսումնասիրել Հռոմի ստատուտին միանալու հետևանքները և գնահատել հնարավոր ռիսկերը Ռուսաստանի հետ դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների համար»,- ընդգծել է Դաշնության խորհրդի փոխնախագահը։
Ավելի վաղ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան հայտարարել էր, որ Մոսկվան ակնկալում է, որ ՄՔԴ-ի Հռոմի ստատուտի վավերացման շուրջ իրավիճակը Հայաստանում դաշնակցային ոգուն համահունչ կլուծվի։
Ավելի վաղ ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը հայտարարել էր, որ ՄՔԴ դատախազը կատարում է միայն Արևմուտքի հրամանները։ Այսպես, նախարարը մեկնաբանել է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին կալանավորելու մասին դատարանի որոշումը։
