Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը գրում է. «Նիկոլական իշխանությունը չորս աղետ է բերել մեր գլխին.

1) Արցախը հանձնել է թշնամու բզկտմանը.
2) օրենքը դարձրել է միայն ի շահ նիկոլականների աշխատող ռեպրեսիվ մահակ
3) սկսել է հայ ազգային ինքնության ապամոնտաժման, հայի նվաստացման ու գաղափարական ոչնչացման գործընթաց
4) մահացու թմրամիջոցները դարձրել է երիտասարտության ահռելի շերտի կենսակերպի մաս։

Ու անգամ էական էլ չէ՝ միտումնավոր է այս ամենն արվում, թե ապաշնորհությամբ։ Իմ համոզմամբ՝ բոլոր չորս կետերով առկա է ուղղակի կամ անուղղակի դիտավորություն, սակայն այս հարցը բնավ էական չէ։

Կարճ խոսեմ 4-րդ կետի մասին։ Մարդուն էմոցիոնալ ոչնչություն դարձնող սինթետիկ թմրանյութերը դարձրել են գերհասանելի։ Տելեգրամ-ալիքներով կարելի է թմրանյութ ձեռք բերել կոպեկներով՝ այնպիսի սխեմայով, որ ո՛չ գնորդն է իմանում «զակլադչիկի» ինքնությունը, ոչ էլ «զակլադչիկը»՝ մատակարարի ինքնությունը։ Մեկ «զակլադը» 1000-2000 դրամ գնով՝ ընդամենը 20-30 հազար դրամ աշխատելու համար, անփորձ երիտասարդները հաճախ հայտնվում են 5-10 տարի բանտում անցկացնելու հեռանկարի առջև։

Ծավալներն ահռելի են, ուստի ԲԱՑԱՌՎԱԾ Է, որ քաղաքական իշխանության որևէ թև փայ չունենա։

1-2 տարուց ավագ դպրոցում ու բուհերում թմրանութ գործածելը դառնալու է նույնքան սովորական ու բնական, որքան մեր ժամանակ՝ արևածաղիկ չրթելը։

Հետևե՛ք ձեր զավակներին։ Պարբերաբար ստուգե՛ք նրանց տելեգրամյան հաղորդակցությունները։ Մի՛ թողեք, որ թակարդն ընկնեն։ Քանի դեռ նիկոլական աղետալի ռեժիմը չի հեռացվել, իրական պատնեշ կարող է լինել միայն ընտանիքը. մյուս ինստիտուտներն անզոր են։

Ըստ մասնագետների՝ քաղաքական կամքի առկայության դեպքում խնդիրը կարելի է լուծել 3-4 շաբաթվա ընթացքում»։
