«Մենք ենք մեր սարերը» գործակալության համահիմնադիր, Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է. 

Արցախում ճգնաժամը ժամ առ ժամ լրջանում է: Այս իրավիճակը հաղթահարելու համար հստակ գործողություններ պետք է ձեռնարկվեն:
 
1) Մարդասիրական օդային միջանցքի գործարկումն առաջնային նշանակություն ունի: ՄԱԿ–ի կամ միջազգային այլ կառույցների մարդասիրական առաքելությունները պետք է կարողանան ժամանել ուղիղ Ստեփանակերտ ու օգնություն տրամադրել:
 
2) Հնարավորինս շտապ Արցախ պետք է ուղարկվի ՄԱԿ-ի կամ այլ միջազգային կառուցի (ԵԽԽՎ, ԵՄ) փաստահավաք առաքելություն: Տեղում իրավիճակի անմիջական դիտարկումը թույլ կտա ավելի հստակ պատկերացում կազմել ճգնաժամի լրջության մասին:
 
3) Միջազգային միջնորդները՝ Վաշինգտոնից մինչև Փարիզ և Մոսկվա, պետք է ճնշում գործադրեն Ադրբեջանի վրա՝ փոփոխությունների հասնելու համար: Եթե նրանք դա չանեն, նրանց միջնորդական ջանքերն ապարդյուն կլինեն։
 
4) Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռուս խաղաղապահների առաքելությունը պետք է ՄԱԿ միջազգային պաշտոնական մանդատ ստանա: ՄԱԿ-ը կարող է դիտարկել նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում խաղաղապահ առաքելության ընդլայնման տարբերակներ, օրինակ՝ չինական խաղաղապահ կոնտինգենտի ներգրավմամբ։
 
5) Չափազանց կարևոր է հասկանալ, որ որքան էլ բարձրաձայնում են ճգնաժամի հումանիտար կողմի մասին, բայց առկա խնդիրներն ունեն քաղաքական և պատմական հիմքեր: Հայերի դեմ պետական մակարդակով ատելության քարոզը Ալիևի ավտորիտար վարչակարգի կարևոր հիմնասյուներից է: Այս փաստն անտեսել հնարավոր չէ:
 
6)Աշխարհահռչակ ու ազդեցիկ հայերն ու մեր ժողովրդի օտարազգի բարեկամներն իրենց ակտիվությամբ մեծ դեր կարող են խաղալ Արցախում ծավալվող ողբերգության մասին բարձրաձայնելու հարցում:
 
Ընկերներ, օգնեք Արցախի հայերի ձայնը լսելի դարձնել:
Միայն միահամուռ ուժերով ու կողք կողքի կանգնելով կարող ենք այս պատմական բարդ փուլը հաղթահարել:
