Իր հակահայկական գործողություննեն արդարացնելու և միջազգային հանրության մոտ լրացուցիչ կռվաններ ստանալու համար Ադրբեջանն օգտագործում է բոլոր հնարավորությունները՝ այդ թվում Հայաստանին մեղադրելով բնությանը վնաս հասցնելու մեջ։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Արցախի 221-օրյա շրջափակումը սկսվել էր իբր բնապահպանական նկատառումներով, կեղծ բնապահպանների կողմից։

Այսօր արդեն, իհարկե ճանապարհը հսկում են Ադրբեջանի սահմանապահ ուժերի ներկայացուցիչները, բոլորն էլ մոռացել են, թե ինչ պատճառաբանությամբ էր սկսվում այդ ակցիան, բայց բնապահպանական թեմաները շահագործելն Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններն ու «քաղհասարակությունը» չեն դադարեցրել։

Օրեր առաջ բնապահպանական մի շարք կազմակերպություններ Ադրբեջանից, դիմել էին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ մեղադրելով բնությանը վնաս հասցնելու մեջ։ Թեման շարունակել էր ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը։

Երեկ էլ այսպես կոչված «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» համայնքը դիմել է միջազգային հանրությանը «Հայաստանի էկոլոգիական տեռորի հետ կապված», ընդ որում մեղադրանքների հիմնական սլաքն ուղղում են Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի և Կապանի լեռնահանքային կոմբինատի դեմ՝ նրանց մեղադրելով ծանր մետաղներ պարունակող թափոններ արտանետելու մեջ՝ իբր հայտարարելով, թե աղտոտումն ուղակիորեն ազդում է Ադրբեջանի տարածքում գտնվող Օղչուչայ և Արազ (Արաքս) գետերի վրա, ինչը վտանգում է տարածաշրջանի բնակչության առողջությանը։

Մի կողմ թողնենք, նույնիսկ, որ Իրանը վերջերս մի քանի անգամ ստուգումներ է իրականացրել Արաքս գետում և պարզ հայտարարել, թե որևէ կերպ Արաքսի ջրերն աղտոտված չեն և չեն կարող ազդել մարդկանց առողջության վրա։ Ադրբեջանական իշխանություններն ու կեղծ բնապահպաններն իրենց արշավը Հայաստանի դեմ արդարացնելու համար նույնիսկ «դաշնակիցներ» են գտել՝ հայ բնապահպաններին, որոնք առանց մտածելու հետևանքների մասին մեղադրում են հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտին՝ բնակչության առողջությանը հասցված վնասի համար։

Առողջապահության ազգային ինստիտուտը, հիշեցնենք, վերջերս զեկույցներ էր հրապարակել, ըստ որի Սյունիքում, որտեղ գտնվում են լեռնահանքային արդյունաբերող ձեռնարկությունները, քաղցկեղի ամենացածր մակարդակն է։ Հայ բնապահպաններն որքան էլ խոսեն Ադրբեջանի բնապահպանական խնդիրների մասին, փաստեր չունեն, քանի որ Ադրբեջանում այդ մասին խոսելը տաբու է, իսկ ադրբեջանցիները լիուլի օգտվում են հայ բնապահպանների՝ տարիներ շարունակ համացանց լցրած, շատ հաճախ կեղծ ու հակագիտական մեղադրանքներից, հանքարդյունաբերության դեմ ստորագրահավաքներից, բողոքներից, ցույցերից, որն էլ ցավալիորեն հաջողությամբ օգտագործվում է հայկական կողմի դեմ։

Ի վերջո կամ հայ բնապահպանները պետք է մի կողմ թողնեն կեղծիքներ տարածելու իրենց գործելաոճը և կանգնեն պետության ու տնտեսության առաջատար ձեռնարկությունների կողքին, կամ էլ շարունակեն վնասել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջազգային հեղինակությանը: Իսկ բնապահպանական թեմաները, նշենք, վերջին տասնամյակներում առաջնային նշանակություն են ստացել ողջ աշխարհում։
