Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը Հայաստանից «պահանջել է» դադարեցնել Երասխում խոշոր մետալուրգիական գործարանի կառուցումը

Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը Հայաստանից «պահանջել է» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) դադարեցնել Նախիջևանի Ինքնավար Հանրապետությանը սահմանակից Երասխում խոշոր մետալուրգիական գործարանի կառուցումը։
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները, այս մասին ասվում է Ադրբեջանի բնապահպանության և բնական պաշարների նախարարի՝ Հայաստանի շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարին ուղղված նամակում։
Դրանում ասվում է, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի «պայմանական» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) սահմանից մի քանի հարյուր մետր հեռավորության վրա գտնվող Երասխ գյուղի մոտ իրականացվող աշխատանքները կարող են անդրսահմանային բացասական հետևանքներ ունենալ. սկսվել է համապատասխան ընթացակարգ՝ նախատեսված «Շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցության գնահատման անդրսահմանային համատեքստում» կոնվենցիայով։
Ըստ ադրբեջանական կողմի՝ կոնվենցիայով նախատեսված է, որ Հայաստանը «պարտավոր է» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) Ադրբեջանին ծանուցել շրջակա միջավայրի վրա նշված գործունեության ազդեցության մասին։ Սակայն Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանից որևէ ծանուցում չի ստացել այս նախագծի վերաբերյալ։
Այժմ Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը Հայաստանից «պահանջել է» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) անհապաղ դադարեցնել շինարարությունը, քանի դեռ նախագծի անդրսահմանային ազդեցության հետ կապված հարցերն ամբողջությամբ չեն պարզաբանվել և համարժեք դիտարկվել։
Այս հարցի վերաբերյալ համապատասխան ծանուցում է ուղարկվել նաև ՄԱԿ-ի Եվրոպայի տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի գործադիր քարտուղարին։
