Այսօր Իրանի զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Մոհամմադ Բաղերինի այցելել է Ադրբեջանի հետ համատեղ սահման՝ ստուգելու հյուսիսային սահմանների անվտանգային իրավիճակը, տեղեկացնում է mehrnews.com-ը։
Մասնավորապես նշվում է, որ Բաղերին Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության բանակի գլխավոր հրամանատարի և Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի հրամանատարների տեղակալների ու ավագ հրամանատարների ուղեկցությամբ այցելել է Ադրբեջանի հետ Իրանի ընդհանուր սահմանը՝ Փոլդաշտում և Արասի շրջանում ծանոթանալու այնտեղ տեղակայված զորամասերի պատրաստության վիճակին և հանդիպելու սահմանապահների հետ։
Իրանցի գեներալը տեսչական այցի ընթացքում ընդգծել է. ՛՛Այսօր զինված ուժերի զսպող ուժն ավելի բարձր է, քան երբևէ, և զինված ուժերի բոլոր ստորաբաժանումները լիովին պատրաստված են՛՛։
Նա նաև նշել է, որ այցի նպատակն Իրանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ընդհանուր սահմանին պասիվ պաշտպանության վիճակի ստուգումն է։
