Եվրամիության խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելը լեգիտիմացնում է Արցախի շրջափակումը՝ հավանություն տալով Աղդամով անցնող ճանապարհն օգտագործելու Ադրբեջանի առաջարկին, թվիթերում գրել է Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար, «Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատի» համակարգող Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ միջնորդները նպաստում են նոր խնդիրների առաջացմանը․ «Եվրամիության կողմից ադրբեջանական տերմինաբանության ընդունումն Ալիևի ռեժիմի համար կարող է պատրվակ ծառայել արցախցիների դեմ լրացուցիչ հանցավոր գործողությունների համար։ Եվս մեկ խնդիր է առաջանում, երբ ժողովրդավարական արժեքների կողմնակից ԵՄ-ն իր նախաձեռնություններում աջակցում է ավտոկրատ Ադրբեջանին՝ դրանով իսկ ակամայից հավանություն տալով էթնիկ զտումների և արցախահայության՝ իրենց նախնիների հողերից բռնի տեղահանման քաղաքականությանը»։

Վարդանյանը նաև նշել է, թե՝ «Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատի» երիտասարդական թևի ներկայացուցիչներն ու բազմաթիվ արցախցիներ երեկ արգելափակել էին Ակնա (Աղդամ)- Ստեփանակերտ ճանապարհը՝ ցույց տալով, որ իրենց համար անընդունելի է որևէ կարմիր գծի խախտում և իրենք պատրաստ են դիմակայել ցանկացած մարտահրավերի՝ հանուն ազատ, անվտանգ, երջանիկ ու հայկական Արցախի: «Այդ ճանապարհի օգտագործման մասին հայտարարություն անողներն ակնհայտ է, որ սպասարկում են Ադրբեջանի շահերը: Եթե նրանց իսկապես հետաքրքրեր արցախահայության ճակատագիրը՝ այս ճանապարհի փոխարեն նրանք օր առաջ կպահանջեին հումանիտար օդային միջանցք բացել և պատժամիջոցներ կիրառել Ադրբեջանի դեմ՝ Լաչինի միջանցքն արգելափակելու և 120 հազար մարդու հումանիտար աղետի մեջ պահելու համար»,- նշել է Վարդանյանը։
