Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանն այսօր՝ հուլիսի 18-ին, հրապարակել է ՀՀ Արարատի մարզի Երասխ բնակավայրի ուղղությամբ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի գնդակոծությունների հետևանքով մարդու իրավունքների շարունակական խախտումների վերաբերյալ արտահերթ զեկույց:
Այս մասին հայտնում են ՄԻՊ գրասենյակից:
«Փաստաթղթում ներկայացվում են Պաշտպանի կողմից Երասխ բնակավայրում իրականացված փաստահավաք աշխատանքների արդյունքներով արձանագրված մարդու հիմնարար իրավունքների խախտումները։
Զեկույցում հավաքագրվել և վերլուծվել են 2023 թվականի հունիսին բնակավայրի ուղղությամբ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կրակոցների հետևանքով մարդու իրավունքների խախտումները, ինչպես նաև ներկայացվում է մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը վերաբերելի խնդիրները լուծելու համար առաջարկությունների փաթեթ։
2023 թվականի հունիսի 13-14-ին ադրբեջանական մարտական դիրքերից կրակահերթեր են արձակվել Երասխ բնակավայրի ուղղությամբ, հատկապես ինտենսիվ ու թիրախային գնդակոծության է ենթարկվել Երասխում օտարերկրյա ներդրումներով կառուցվող մետալուրգիական գործարանը: Կրակոցների հետևանքով վիրավորում է ստացել և բժշկական կենտրոն տեղափոխվել Հնդկաստանի երկու քաղաքացի։
Ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի գործողությունների հետևանքով խախտվել են խաղաղ բնակչության կյանքի, հոգեկան և ֆիզիկական անձեռնմխելիության, սեփականության, կրթության, աշխատանքի, ձեռնարկատիրությամբ զբաղվելու և մի շարք այլ հիմնարար իրավունքները։
Արտահերթ զեկույցը թարգմանվելու է անգլերեն լեզվով և ուղարկվելու մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության միջազգային մանդատ ունեցող կազմակերպություններին և դերակատարներին, պետական իրավասու գերատեսչություններին»։
