Մոսկվայում արձագանքել են Բաքվի մեղադրանքներին

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնային խորհրդի միջազգային գործերի կոմիտեի նախագահ Գրիգորի Կարասինն արձագանքել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից Մոսկվայի հասցեին հնչող մեղադրանքներին։
«Ես չեմ կարող չարձագանքել Ադրբեջանի Միլլի Մեջլիսի պատգամավոր Գուդրաթ Հասանգուլիևի ոչ բարեկամական հայտարարություններին. ի պատասխան ՌԴ ԱԳՆ այս տարվա հուլիսի 15-ի հայտարարության՝ նա պնդում է, որ «Ռուսաստանը չի ցանկանում խաղաղություն Հարավային Կովկասում և շահագրգռված է շարունակել արյունալի հակամարտությունը ադրբեջանցի և հայ ժողովուրդների միջև»։ Խորհրդարանականը նույնիսկ իրեն թույլ է տվել մեր երկիրն անվանել «անվստահելի և արյունարբու» և պահանջել դուրս բերել ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախումբը։
Հուսով եմ, որ նման հակառուսական հարձակումները չեն արտացոլում Բաքվի պաշտոնական դիրքորոշումը։ Կարեւոր կլիներ դրանց գնահատական տալ նաեւ Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանում»,- ընդգծել է Կարասինը։
Այս առումով նա ադրբեջանցի պատգամավորին հիշեցրել է, որ «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության բոլոր փուլերում, մեծապես Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ջանքերի շնորհիվ, հնարավոր է եղել դադարեցնել ռազմական գործողությունները, կողմերին նստեցնել բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ և հասնել փոխզիջումների»։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, Կարասինը, ընդհանուր առմամբ, գնահատելով Հասանգուլիևի հայտարարությունը, ընդգծել է, որ այն լիովին հակասում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության 2022 թվականի փետրվարի 22-ի դաշնակցային համագործակցության մասին հռչակագրի ոգուն և բովանդակությանը և չի համապատասխանում Բաքվի և Մոսկվայի հարաբերությունների բարձր մակարդակին, այդ թվում՝ խորհրդարանական գծով։
«Դաշնության խորհրդում մենք պատրաստ ենք շարունակել կառուցողական երկխոսությունը մեր ադրբեջանցի գործընկերների հետ, որոնք, ինչպես գիտենք, բացարձակ մեծամասնություն են կազմում»,- եզրափակել է Կարասինը։
