Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակի, Հայաստանի անվտանգության խնդիրների միակ պատասխանատուն Հայաստանի իշխանությունն է։ Այնպես, ինչպես ցանկացած երկրի խնդիրների համար պատասխանատու է երկրի իշխանությունը։
Ցանկացած ներքին, արտաքին մարտահրավեր պետք է դիմակայվի իշխանությունների կողմից։
Հերիք է ամեն ինչում՝ անտարբերության, լռելու, չպայքարելու մեջ մեղադրել ժողովրդին։
Ի՞նչ պետք է անի ժողովուրդը, որ չի անում։ Թերևս աշխարհի ամենաքաղաքականացված, ամենապայքարող ժողովուրդներից մեկն ենք, բայց պետական գործառույթները պատկանում են իշխանությանը։

Ժողովուրդը ունի մեկ անելիք՝ ընտրել իշխանություն և օրենքի շրջանակներում ծայառել հայրենիքին։
Հիմա մենք ունենք մեկ խնդիր՝ ժողովրդի կողմից իրականացնել իշխանափոխություն ընտրությունների միջոցով։ Մնացած ամեն ինչով ժողովրդին զբաղեցնելը երկարացնում է այս իշխանության կյանքը՝ բերելով նորանոր խնդիրներ։
