Թունիսը և ԵՄ-ն ստորագրել են միգրացիան կասեցնելու պայմանագիր․ դաշինքը 100 միլիոն եվրո կհատկացնի

Թունիսը և Եվրոպական Միությունը ստորագրել են «ռազմավարական գործընկերության» համաձայնագիր, որը ներառում է մարդկանց թրաֆիքինգի դեմ պայքարն ու սահմանների խստացված վերահսկողությունը հյուսիսաֆրիկյան երկրից Եվրոպա մեկնող նավակների կտրուկ աճի ժամանակ: Այս մասին գրել է Reuters-ը։
Գործարքը հաջորդել է շաբաթներ տևած բանակցություններին ու Եվրոպայի կողմից Թունիսին 1 միլիարդ եվրո (1․12 միլիարդ դոլար) խոշոր օգնություն տրամադրելու խոստմանը։ Այս օժանադակությունը նախատեղվում է ներդնել վնասված տնտեսության, ֆինանսական դրության ու միգրացիոն ճգնաժամի հաղթահարման համար: Ֆոնդերի մեծ մասը պայմանավորված է տնտեսական բարեփոխումներով:
«Այն պարունակում է համաձայնագրեր մարդկանց մաքսանենգների և մարդկանց թրաֆիքինգով զբաղվողների բիզնես մոդելը խաթարելու, սահմանային հսկողության ուժեղացման ու գրանցման ու վերադարձի բարելավման վերաբերյալ: Բոլոր էական միջոցները՝ անկանոն միգրացիան դադարեցնելու ջանքերը խթանելու համար»,- իր թվիթերյան միկրոբլոգում գրել է Նիդեռլանդների վարչապետ Մարկ Ռյուտեն:
Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լայենը հայտարարել է, որ դաշինքը 100 միլիոն եվրո կհատկացնի Թունիսին՝ անօրինական միգրացիայի դեմ պայքարելու համար։ Գործարքը նախատեսում է խթանել մակրոտնտեսական կայունությունը, առևտուրն ու ներդրումները, կանաչ էներգիայի անցումը և օրինական ներգաղթը:
Հազարավոր անօրինական աֆրիկացի միգրանտներ հավաքվել են Սֆաքս քաղաքում վերջին ամիսներին՝ թրաֆիքինգի նավերով Եվրոպա մեկնելու նպատակով, ինչը Թունիսի համար աննախադեպ միգրացիոն ճգնաժամ է:
«Մենք շատ գոհ ենք, սա ևս մեկ կարևոր քայլ է Թունիսի և ԵՄ-ի միջև իրական գործընկերության ստեղծման ուղղությամբ, որը կարող է ինտեգրված կերպով լուծել միգրացիոն ճգնաժամը», - ասել է Իտալիայի վարչապետ Ջորջիա Միլոնին:
