Ինչպես հայտարարվել էր, Վարդավառի տոնական միջոցառումներով պայմանավորված, ՀՀ ՆԳ նախարարության ենթակա ծառայությունները՝ ոստիկանությունն ու փրկարար ծառայությունն անցել են ուժեղացված ծառայության:
Ժամը 15.00-ի դրությամբ Վարդավառի տոնական միջոցառումների հետ կապված ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնում ստացվել է հանցագործության՝ 1, պատահարների՝ 8 և ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարների վերաբերյալ 4 ահազանգ:
Արձանագրված բոլոր ահազանգերով ոստիկանությունը ձեռնարկել է անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ:
Նույն ժամանակահատվածի դրությամբ՝ Ուժեղացված ծառայության շրջանակներում Սևանի 3 հանրային լողափերում ջրափրկարարներն իրականացրել են 28 շրջայց: Թերակղզու հարավային ափում լողանշաններն անցել են 93 քաղաքացի և 12 հեծանվանավակ:
Փրկարարական ուժերի վարչության ՀՆՓԱԻ կենտրոնի ծառայողների կողմից իրականացվել է 6 շրջայց: Լողափերին հայտնաբերվել է լողանշաններն անցած 60 քաղաքացի, 4 փչովի նավակ, 1 ջրային հեծանիվ:
Իրազեկման աշխատաքների միջոցով փրկարարները անվտանգ գոտի են վերադարձրել քաղաքացիներին և լողամիջոցները:
«Շողակաթ» լողափում Ճամբարակի հրշեջ-փրկարարները ավազների արգելափակումից դուրս են բերել 2 տրանսպորտային միջոց:
Ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «Դրախտ» հանգստյան գոտու մոտակայքում նկատվում է ռետինե նավակ և մոտակայքում լողացող քաղաքացի: Ահազանգով դեպքի վայր մեկնած ՀՆՓԱԻ կենտրոնի ջրափրկարարները հանգստյան գոտու «ժայռ» լողափում՝ ափից մոտ 30 մ հեռավորության վրա, հայտնաբերել են քաղաքացուն և տեղի ուժերով դուրս բերել ափ, որտեղ արձանագրվել է Լ. Ղ.-ի (ծնվ.1939 թ.) մահը:
