«Մենք ենք մեր սարերը» գործակալության համահիմնադիր, Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում տեսանյութ է հրապարակել և կից գրել.

Արցախը հումանիտար աղետի իրավիճակում է գտնվում:
 
2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 12-ից Արցախը գտնվում է Ադրբեջանի կողմից շրջափակման մեջ: Հունիսի 15-ից Ադրբեջանն արգելափակել է հումանիտար բեռնափոխադրումների մատակարարումը, իսկ հուլիսի 11-ից՝ արդեն Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի կողմից ծանր հիվանդների տեղափոխումը:
 
Այն, ինչ կատարվում է Արցախում, լիովին համապատասխանում է միջազգային իրավունքով սահմանված «հումանիտար աղետ» ձևակերպմանը: Սա իրական ցեղասպանություն է: Իրավիճակը կրիտիակական է: Մահվան նոր դեպքերը լինելու են նրանց խղճին, ովքեր տեսել, իմացել ու լռել են:
 
Այս ամենը կատարվում է միջազգային հանրության աչքի առջև: Միջազգային հանրությունը լուռ է ու կույր է ձևանում: Ադրբեջանը արհամարհում և չի կատարում Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի՝ փետրվարի 22-ի Լաչինի միջանցքն ապաշրջափակելու որոշումը, որը վերահաստատվեց հուլիսի 6 -ին, անտեսում է միջազգային խորհրդարանական կառույցների կոչերն ու բանաձևերը, քանի որ որևէ պատժամիջոց նրա նկատմամբ չի կիրառվում:
 
Արցախում ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմն այս իրավիճակում չի կարողանում կատարել 2020 թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթները, որով պետք է ապահովվի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անխափան կապը Հայաստանի հետ:
 
Այո, իրավիճակը պահանջում է դիվանագիտական, քաղաքական, բանակցային ճանապարհով լուծումներ: Բայց դրա համար ժամանակ է պետք, իսկ մենք դա արդեն չունենք:
 
Հենց հիմա արդեն անհրաժեշտ է անհապաղ փրկել նրանց, ովքեր կրիտիկական վիճակում են: Հենց հիմա Արցախի 120 հազար բնակչությանը, այդ թվում ՝ 30 հազար երեխաներին և 20 հազար ծերերին հումանիտար աղետից փրկելու համար անհրաժեշտ է օդային միջանցք բացել` առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքները տեղ հասցնելու համար։
 
Այսօր ադրբեջանական կողմից հայտարարություն եղավ Աղդամ-Ստեփանակերտ ճանապարհն օգտագործելու մասին: Միջազգային հանրության համար միգուցե սա առաջին հայացքից կարող է նորմալ թվալ, բայց Արցախում բոլորը շատ լավ գիտեն, թե այս հայտարարության տակ անվտանգության առումով ինչպիսի սպառնալիքներ կան և այն ինչ ռիսկեր ու հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ մեզ համար։
 
Դա մեզ համար ելք և լուծում չէ և չի կարող լինել: Դա հենց էթնիկ զտման քաղաքականության իրագործում է:
 
Արցախին անհրաժեշտ է հումանիտար օդային միջանցք ցանկացած երկրի հետ, որը պատրաստ է և կարող է օգնել: Թող դա լինի որևէ երրորդ երկիր՝ իր այդ գործողությունը համաձայնեցնելով ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմի հետ, որն Արցախի անվտանգության ապահովման պատասխանատվություն է կրում:
 
Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատ» հանրային շարժումը դիմում է Միջազգային մարդասիրական բոլոր կազմակերպություններին՝
• Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեին,
• ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ին,
• ՄԱԿ-ի Բնակչության հիմնադրամին,
• ՄԱԿ-ի Պարենի և գյուղատնտեսության կազմակերպությանը
ՀՈՒՄԱՆԻՏԱՐ ՕԴԱՅԻՆ ՄԻՋԱՆՑՔ ԲԱՑԵԼ ԴԵՊԻ ԱՐՑԱԽ:
