«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Մենք նախորդ համարում տեղեկացրել էինք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հենց այնպես չէր վերբալ ոտնձգություններ անում ՀՀ զինանշանի և օրհներգի նկատմամբ: Նաև նշել էինք, որ փաշինյանական իշխանությունն ինտենսիվորեն լծվել է զինանշանը և օրհներգը փոխելու «գործին», իսկ հիմնական «քարշիչ ուժերն» էլ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ու ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանն են։ Վերջինս նույն օրը փաստացի հաստատեց մեր թերթի տեղեկությունները:

Ըստ Ժաննա Անդրեասյանի արձագանքի, «աշխատանքային գործընթաց չկա», բայց հարցը բարձրացվել է, պետք է քննարկվի և այլն, և այլն: Հասկանում ենք՝ ինչն է խանգարում ՔՊ-ին հատկապես մեր զինանշանում: Բա՛յց: Ամենից հետաքրքիրը. Փաշինյանի ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը հայտարարել է, թե (ուշադրություն). «Զինանշանը պետք է արտացոլի մեր այսօրվա պետությունը»: Ասել կուզի՝ եղած զինանշանը չի համապատասխանում այսօրվա պետությանը, չի արտացոլում այն, պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք: Դե ինչ, «արտացոլա՞նք» եք ուզում: Մրցույթի չմասնակցելու պայմանով առաջարկում ենք, որ ՀՀ նոր՝ քպական զինանշանին պատկերվի, օրինակ՝ ուսապարկ, կամ էլ՝ Փաշինյանի «դուխով» կեպկան, ձեռքի վիրակապն էլ հետը:

Իսկ եթե լուրջ, ապա ո՞րն է այսօրվա պետության պատկերը, որին պիտի համապատասխանեն զինանշանն ու օրհներգը: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից հանձնված Արցա՞խը, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պատճառով վտանգված ինքնիշխանությո՞ւնը, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պատճառով բազմաթիվ զոհերն ու մեծացած Եռաբլո՞ւրը... Մեզ միշտ թվացել է, որ զինանշանը պետք է արտացոլի տվյալ երկրի պատմությունը, անցած ուղին, իր մեջ ասելիք ու սիմվոլներ պարունակի: Պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք, որ ամեն անգամ, երբ իշխանափոխություն լինի, տվյալ իշխանությունը որոշի փոխել զինանշանն ու օրհներգը, որովհետև տվյալ պահի պետությանը չի համապատասխանում:

Ծիծաղելի՞ է: Գուցե: Բայց ոչ այս դեպքում: Իսկ ՔՊ-ն կարող է շատ ջանք չթափել, քանզի եթե իրենց իշխանությունը մի քիչ էլ շարունակվի, կհասնեն իրենց նպատակին, ու ո՛չ զինանշանի կարիք կլինի, ո՛չ օրհներգի...
