Պարեկային ծառայության Արագածոտնի մարզի գումարտակի ծառայողների մասնակցությամբ հուլիսի 13-ին Աշտարակում տեղի ունեցավ աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն, որը վարում էր պարեկային ծառայության պետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արթուր Խուդինյանը։ Ներկա էին պարեկային ծառայության պետի տեղակալ, գնդապետ Արմեն Մաթևոսյանը և ոստիկանության Արագածոտնի մարզային վարչության պետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Ալեքսանդր Հակոբյանը։

Արթուր Խուդինյանը կարևորեց պարեկային ծառայության տեղն ու դերը ոստիկանության համակարգում, շեշտադրեց առաջնահերթությունները, խոսեց պարեկային ծառայողի պատասխանատվության և բարեվարքության մասին։ Պարեկային ծառայության պետը անդրադարձավ հասարակական կարգի պահպանության և հանցավորության դեմ պայքարում անզիջում լինելու անհրաժեշտությանը։ Նա կարևորեց հատկապես քաղաքացիների հետ համագործակցությունը, գրագետ հաղորդակցությունը, շփումներում բարեկիրթ և հավասարակշռված կեցվածքը։ Խոսելով իրավախախտում կատարած անձանց հետ ճիշտ փոխհարաբերությունների մասին՝ Արթուր Խուդինյանը կարևորեց վարչական իրավախախտումների հայտնաբերման և արձանագրման ժամանակ քաղաքացիներին համապատասխան իրավական նորմերը պարզաբանելու անհրաժեշտությունը:

Խորհրդակցության ավարտին Արագածոտնի մարզի գումարտակի պարեկները ստացան համապատասխան հրահանգավորում և անցան ուժեղացված ծառայության, որի ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել են ճանապարհային երթևեկության կանոնների 140 խախտում՝ պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք տեղափոխելով 13 մեքենա։

Հայտնաբերվել է ոչ սթափ 3 վարորդ, առանց վարորդական իրավունքի վկայականի տրանսպորտային միջոց վարող՝ 12, չամրակապված վարելու՝ 32 իրավախախտում։ Հայտնաբերվել է նաև առանց ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագրի՝ 11, տեխնիկական զննություն չանցած՝ 25, թաղանթապատված դիմապակիով և կողային ապակիներով՝ 16 մեքենա։ Արձանագրվել են նաև 41 այլ իրավախախտումներ։

Նմանօրինակ հանդիպումները և ուժեղացված ծառայությունները պարբերական են։
