Արցախում համաժողովրդական շարժման հանրահավաքի մասնակիցները քայլերթով հասել են ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի զորակայան, որտեղ կներկայացնեն իրենց պահանջը՝ դադարեցնել Արցախի շրջափակումն ու հումանիտար աղետը։
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակիցը, Արցախի պետական նախարար Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը հայտնեց, որ մի քանի հոգով հանդիպում կունենան Արցախում տեղակայված ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմի հրամանատարի հետ, որից հետո ինքը կվերադառնա և կներկայացնի հանդիպման արդյունքները։
«Մեր հաջորդ քայլը՝ հիմա այստեղ տեղադրում ենք վրաններ, և բոլորը վրաններում սպասում են մեր պահանջի կատարմանը։ Կարծում եմ, որ այլևս որևէ տարբերություն չկա մենք սոցիալական, կենցաղային, սննդի հետ կապված խնդիրներով այստեղ ենք, թե Ստեփանակերտում»,- հայտարարեց Ներսիսյանը։
ՌԴ խաղաղապահների հետ հանդիպումից հետո հավաքի մասնակիցների մի մասը՝ Ասկերանի բնակիչները, կմնան խաղաղապահների զորակայանի մոտ՝ վրաններում, իսկ մնացածը կվերադառնան Ստեփանակերտի Վերածննդի հրապարակ, որտեղ կշարունակվի առավոտյան մեկնարկած հանրահավաքը։
