«Հայաքվեն» ցնցել է իշխանության նյարդերը

Գործող իշխանություններն արդեն մարզերում լայն թափով հարձակման են անցել «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնության վրա։ Օրերս Մարտունիում, երեկ էլ Հրազդան քաղաքում «Հայաքվեի» անդամները բռնության են ենթարկվել։ Հարձակման մի փորձ էլ տեղի է ունեցել Ալավերդիում, սակայն շնորհիվ նախաձեռնության անդամների զգոնության, այն կանխվել է։
Հրազդանում ինչ-որ մի կին մոտեցել է ստորագրահավաք իրականացնող խմբին, հարձակվել նրանց վրա։ Ֆիզիկական ուժի գործադրմամաբ նա փորձել է փաստաթղթերն ոչնչացնել։ Այս գործողություններից հետո, «Հայաքվեն» ստիպված է եղել ստորագրահավաքը ժամանակավորապես կասեցնել, քանի որ փաստաթղթերը վնասվել են։ Նախաձեռնության համակարգող Ավետիք Չալաբյանի փոխանցմամբ՝ Մարտունու դեպքի համար հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում են տվել և քրեական գործ է հարուցվելու։
Մի հաղորդում էլ ներկայացնելու են այդ կնոջ դեպքում և հետամուտ կլինեն, որ իր նկատմամբ ևս քրեական գործ հարուցվի, ընդ որում ոչ միայն խուլիգանության հիմքով, այլ նաև քրեական օրենսգրքի 210 հոդվածով, որը նախատեսում է պատիժ հանրաքվեի կամ ընտրությունների ընթացքին խոչընդոտելու և քաղաքացիների ընտրական իրավունքն իրականացնելը խոչընդոտելու համար։
«Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնությունն որոշել է բոլոր նման դեպքերում ապավինել օրենքին և անհապաղ տեղեկացնել իրավապահներին, որոնք թերևս այնքան էլ հակված չեն արագ արձագանքելու և կանխելու հարձակումները։ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը հայտնել է, որ եթե նման դեպքերը շատանան, նաև ոստիկանությունից կպահանջեն, որպեսզի ապահովվի ստորագրահավաքի աշխատակիցների անվտանգությունը։
Որպես կանոն այն մարդիկ, ովքեր հարձակվել են ստորագրահավաքի աշխատողների վրա, ծայրահեղ ցածր կրթական ցենզուրով, ագրեսիվ վարքագծով, ոչ ցենզուրային լեքսիկոնով անձինք են, որոնք հասկանալի տեղից են ուղղորդվում։ «Մեր երկրում մեկ ուժ կա, որոնք այս կարգի մարդկանց ուղորդում են»,- նշել է Չալաբյանը։
Գործող իշխանությունները, հաշվի առնելով վերջին շրջանում լայն արշավը «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնության դեմ, կանգնած են բոլոր այս հարձակումների թիկունքում, և նրանց ամենաշատն են մտահոգում նախաձեռնության հաջողությունը, հակառակ պարագայում, եթե չմտահոգվեին, ապա նման ապօրինությունների չէին գնա։
